Opakowanie kawy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 22 stycznia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie kawy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opakowania, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie opakowania zintegrowanego z uchwytem, jak równiez w wygladzie poszczególnych scian, nadajacych muswoisty i oryginalny wyglad, przeznaczony do odtwarzania w produkcji przemy- slowej. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono opakowanie w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, a na fig. 2 - opakowanie w widoku aksonometrycznym od tylu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, który w górnej czesci ma uchwyt w ksztalcie prostokata, którego dwa skrajne naroz- niki sa zaokraglone i gdzie w srodkowej jego czesci jest wzdluzne wybranie o jednakowej wysokosci zakonczone po obu stronach pólkolistymi krawedziami, przy czym na scianach wystepuje róznokolorowa grafika i napisy. PLCoffee packaging The right from registration of a decorative design has been valid since: January 22, 1999. The subject of the decorative design is the packaging of coffee. The essence of the design is a new form of packaging, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in the shape of a packaging integrated with the handle, as well as in the appearance of individual walls, giving a muscular and original appearance, intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the package in an axonometric view from the front and in Fig. 2 the package is shown in an axonometric rear view. The object of the decorative pattern has the shape of a cuboid, with a rectangular handle in the upper part, the two extreme corners of which are rounded, and where in its central part there is a longitudinal recess of the same height, terminated on both sides with semicircular edges, with a different color on the walls graphics and subtitles.
