Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego iest opakowanie. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz wlasnosciach powierzchni, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, oraz nadajaca mu nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunku, na którymfig. 1 jest jego widokiem w perspektywie, fig. 2 widokiem jednej ze scian opakowa- nia, a fig. 3 jest kolejna wersja wykonania wzoru. Opakowanie ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennej bryly. W jednej ze scian znajduje sie otwór, którego krawedzie sa opisane dwoma symetrycznymi lukami wybrzuszeniami skierowanymi na zewnatrz, przy czym konce luków zamykaja wzajemnie równolegle proste. Powierzchnie otworu przyslaniaja zachodzace na siebie w centralnej czesci otworu dwa arkusze przejrzystej materii, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i 2. Wedlug kolejnej cechy wzoru wzdluz krawedzi sciany z otworem biegnie prostokatna ramka, natomiast wzdluz krawedzi otworu biegnie obwódka, ponadto na wysokosci otworu widnieja dwie równolegle strzalki skierowane grotami do siebie, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i 2. The subject of the ornamental design is the packaging. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties, aimed at aesthetic purposes and giving it a new and original appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a perspective view, Fig. 2 is a view of one of the packaging walls, and Fig. 3 is another version of the design. The packaging has the shape of a cuboid. One of the walls has an opening, the edges of which are defined by two symmetrical arcs with bulges pointing outward, with the ends of the arcs closing off each other with parallel straight lines. The surfaces of the opening are covered by two sheets of transparent material overlapping in the central part of the opening, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. According to another feature of the pattern, a rectangular frame runs along the edge of the wall with the opening, while a border runs along the edge of the opening, and at the height of the opening there are two parallel arrows pointing towards each other, as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
