Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pudelko z pokrywka na bizuterie, zwlaszcza na bransoletke i zegarek. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowanju pokrywki.Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na ilustracjii przedstawia- jacej w widoku na fig. 1 odkryte pudelko wraz z zegarkiem, zas na fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4 pokrywki w trzech odmianach. Istota pudelka z pokrywka na bizuterie, zwlaszcza bransoletke i zegarek, wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru, w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, polega na tym, ze pokrywka w górnej czesci zawiera cztery scianki, z których przednia i obie boczne sa plaskie, a tylna jest krzywoliniowa i wypukla na zewnatrz, przy czym scianka przednia jest nachylona do poziomu, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1, fig.2. Istota pudelka z pokrywka na bizuterie, zwlaszcza bransoletke i zegarek, wedlug drugiej odmiany wzoru, w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, polega na tym, ze pokrywka w górnej czesci zawiera trzy scianki, z których dwie boczne sa plaskie, zas górna przebiega koliscie, wypukloscia na zewnatrz, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1, fig.3.
