Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na ilustracjii przedstawia- jacej na fig.1 i fig.2 widok z przodu oraz z boku pudelka wraz z eksponowanymzegarkiem, na fig.3 widok pudelka oraz zdjetej pokrywki, zas na fig.4 widok pudelka z zegarkiem bez pokrywki, pudelka z pokrywka, widok wkladki i pokrywki. The essence of the design is the new form of the item, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the illustrations, which show in Figs. 1 and 2 the front and side views of the box with the displayed watch, Fig. 3 the view of the box with the lid removed, and Fig. 4 the view of the box with the watch without the lid, the box with the lid, the insert, and the lid. The essence of this watch display box, consisting of a rectangular base and a transparent lid, is that the base's lower wall protrudes beyond its outline, the base's corners are flat-cut, and the two opposing side walls of the box have side supports, with a soft insert between them. The lid has a flat, sloping front surface, two flat, adjacent side surfaces that run diagonally toward the flat rear wall, and rounded edges and upper corners.
