(USA) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do magazynowania, transportu, przechowywania i uzywania róznorodnych produktów. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, pojemnik o ksztalcie tuby, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma trójkatny przekrój, a od góry posiada wykrzywiona na zewnatrz zawinieta krawedz górna.
