(USA) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do magazynowania, transportu, przechowywania i uzywania róznorodnych produktów. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, pojemnik majacy ksztalt bryly o podstawie okregu oraz posiadajacy zamkniecie, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na wysokosc okolo 3/5 od podstawy pojemnik jest lekko rozszerzony a nastepnie zweza sie ku górze, zas jego srednica przy górnej krawedzi jest o okolo 1/2 mniejsza od srednicy w najszerszym miejscu. W widoku z przodu w dolnej czesci pojemnik posiada wytloczenie o ksztalcie pólowalu, którego dluzsza krawedz jest umieszczona wzdluz jego wysokosci a szerokosc pólowalu jest okolo 1/3 szerokosci pojemnika, a w widoku z dolu wytloczenie ma ksztalt zblizony do trójkata. Pojemnik od góry wykonczony jest cylindrycznym zamknieciem, które w widoku z przodu przy krawedzi górnej posiada wybranie o ksztalcie pólokregu, ponadto górna powierzchnia zamkniecia jest lekko obnizona w stosunku do krawedzi zewnetrznej zamkniecia. Ponadto, ponizej zamkniecia, na obwodzie szyjki pojemnika usytuowany jest wystep, którego krawedz zewnetrzna jest równa krawedzi zewnetrznej zamkniecia. W drugim wariance wykonania, przy krawedzi dolnej zamkniecia pojemnika, na jego obwodzie, umieszczony jest pólokragly kolnierz. According to the decorative design, and as shown in the attached drawings, the container, which has a solid shape with a circular base and a closure, is characterized by a slight expansion at approximately 3/5 of the height from the base and then tapering upwards, while its diameter at the top edge is approximately 1/2 smaller than the diameter at its widest point.
