Pierwszenstwo: z dnia 26 stycznia 1998 /WIPO/ Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona do magazynowania, transportu i sprzedazy cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - widok perspektywiczny butelki, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku na prawybok, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku na lewy bok, fig. 6 - butelke w widoku z góry, zas fig. 7 przedstawia bytelke w widoku z dolu. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, butelka majaca ksztalt bryly o podstawie okregu i cylindryczna szyjke z nakretka, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przy podstawie butelka posiada wypukla krawedz, po czym na wysokosci okolo 1/10 od podstawy, umieszczony jest w uskoku, z przodu i z tylu butelki, tloczony napis. Szerokosc uskoku jest równa szerokosci wypuklej krawedzi przy podstawie. W widoku z przodu, w czesci centralnej butelki, usytuowana jest etykieta, której ksztalt jest zblizony do ksztaltu stylizowanej tarczy ochronnej z wystepami na bokach, na której umieszczony jest w górnej czesci, w ramce z rysunkiem korony, stylizowany napis, zas w dolnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie rysunek mezczyzny umieszczony w owalu otoczonym wiencem laurowym. W widoku z tylu butelka ma usytuowana etykiete o ksztalcie zblizonym do ksztaltu stylizowanej tarczy ochronnej, na której umieszczony jest w górnej czesci w prostokatnej ramce z korona, stylizowany napis. Powyzej etykiet w górnej czesci butelki na wybrzuszeniu w ksztalcie ryngrafu, znajduja sie tloczenia, przy czym z przodu butelki tloczony jest stylizowany rysunek orla w koronie otoczony napisem tworzacym owal, a z tylu butelki tloczony jest rysunek korony. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and surface texture. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 - the bottle from the back, Fig. 3 - a perspective view of the bottle, Fig. 4 - the bottle from the right side, Fig. 5 - the bottle from the left side, Fig. 6 - the bottle from the top, and Fig. 7 shows the bottle from the bottom. According to the decorative pattern and as shown in the attached photographs, the bottle, shaped like a solid with a circular base and a cylindrical neck with a screw cap, is characterized by a convex edge at the base, followed by an embossed inscription placed in a recess at the front and back of the bottle, approximately 1/10 of the way up from the base. The width of the recess is equal to the width of the convex edge at the base. In the front view, in the center of the bottle, a label is located, its shape resembling a stylized protective shield with protrusions on the sides. On the upper part, a stylized inscription is placed in a frame with a drawing of a crown. The lower part of the label features a drawing of a man placed in an oval surrounded by a laurel wreath. The bottle's rear view features a label resembling a stylized protective shield, with a stylized inscription placed at the top in a rectangular frame with a crown. Above the labels, a gorget-shaped bulge is embossed at the top of the bottle. The front of the bottle features an embossed stylized image of a crowned eagle surrounded by an oval inscription, while the back of the bottle features an embossed image of a crown. The neck of the bottle has a semicircular, annular bulge around its circumference.
