Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 7 grudnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór pojemnika uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i góry, fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku od góry i fig. 4 przedstawia pojemnik wedlug wzoru w widoku od dolu.Pojemnik wedlug wzoru posiadajacy korpus i szyjke charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do walca lagodnie rozszerzajacego sie od podstawy ku górze, lekko przewezonego w czesci srodkowej i rozszerzajacego sie w czesci górnej oraz ponownie zwezajacego sie w czesci przyleglej do szyjki, przy czym w miejscach najszerszych na korpus ieznajduja sie po dwie poziome linie obwodowe, polozone równolegle i blisko siebie, zas szyjka umieszczona u góry korpusu ma ksztalt niskiego cylindra, którego wewnetrzna srednica jest równa otworowi pojemnika i jest po stronie zewnetrznej zaopatrzona w trzy, usytuowane spiralnie i ulozone w pierscien polozony w przyblizeniu w polowie wysokosci szyjki, wystepy.
