Description

Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 22 stycznia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka znajdujaca glówne zasto- sowanie w konfekcjonowaniu wód toaletowych. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, który nadaje butelce swoisty i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, Fig.1 pre- zentujacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji pionowej oraz w pozycji lezacej z uwidocznionym dnem, a takze na rysunku, na którym Fig. 2 - uwidacznia butelke od strony szerszego boku, Fig. 3 - prezentuje druga bu- telke tego samego rodzaju w widoku od strony szerszego boku, Fig. 4 - pre- zentuje trzecia butelke tego samego rodzaju w widoku od strony szerszego boku, Fig. 5 - prezentuje czwarta butelke tego samego rodzaju w widoku od strony szerszego boku, natomiast Fig. 6 - uwidacznia butelke od strony dna.Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadlo- scianu z lekko zaokraglonymi bokami. Ma ona wypukly wierzch, który zaopa- trzony jest w osiowo usytuowana szyjke uwienczona wypuklym pierscieniowym kolnierzem ponizej którego znajduje sie otaczajacy pierscien. Szersze boki butelki rozszerzaja sie ku dolowi po lagodnym luku, natomiast boki wezsze w dolnej czesci - przy dnie posiadaja schodkowy uskok. Ksztalt szyjki pomiedzy wypuklym kolnierzem a otaczajacym pierscieniem jest cylindryczny. Natomiast w drugiej butelce tego samego rodzaju ksztalt szyjki pomiedzy wypuklym kolnierzem a otaczajacym pierscieniem jest zblizony do stozka scietego. W trzeciej butelce tego samego rodzaju szersze boki rozszerzaja sie ku dolowi po linii prostej natomiast ksztalt szyjki pomiedzy wypuklym kolnierzem a otaczajacym pierscieniem jest cylindryczny. W czwartej butelce tego samego rodzaju szersze boki rozszerzaja sie ku dolowi po linii prostej natomiast ksztalt szyjki pomiedzy wypuklym kolnierzem a otaczajacym pierscieniem jest zbli- zony do stozka scietego. PLBottle The right to register a decorative design has been in force since: January 22, 2001. The subject of the decorative design is a bottle that is mainly used in the confection of toilet waters. The essence of a decorative pattern is a new form of an object manifested in a shape that gives the bottle a specific and original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in a perspective view in a vertical position and in a lying position with the bottom visible, and also in the drawing, in which Fig. 2 - shows the bottle from the wider side, Fig. 3 - shows a second bottle of the same type seen from the wider side, Fig. 4 - shows a third bottle of the same type seen from the wider side, Fig. 5 - shows a fourth bottle of the same type seen from the wider side, on the side, while Fig. 6 shows the bottle from the bottom side. According to the decorative pattern, the shape of the bottle is similar to a rectangular shape with slightly rounded sides. It has a convex top, which is equipped with an axially situated neck finished with a convex ring-shaped collar below which the surrounding ring is located. The wider sides of the bottle widen downwards in a gentle arch, while the narrower sides at the bottom have a stepped step at the bottom. The shape of the neck between the convex collar and the surrounding ring is cylindrical. On the other hand, in the second bottle of the same type, the shape of the neck between the convex collar and the surrounding ring is similar to a truncated cone. In a third bottle of the same type, the wider sides widen downwards in a straight line, while the shape of the neck between the convex flange and the surrounding ring is cylindrical. In a fourth bottle of the same type, the wider sides widen downwards in a straight line, while the shape of the neck between the convex collar and the surrounding ring is close to a truncated cone. Claims

Protective caveats 1. A bottle in a shape similar to a cuboid provided with an axially located neck crowned with a convex annular collar below which is the surrounding ring, characterized by the fact that its wider sides widen downwards in a gentle arc, while the sides are keratin at the bottom - they have a stepped step at the bottom, the shape of the neck between the convex flange and the surrounding ring being cylindrical, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1 and the attached drawing, Fig. 2,

2. Bottle according to claim A method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the shape of the neck between the convex collar and the surrounding ring is close to a taper cone as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3.

3. Bottle according to claim A method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the wider sides widen downward in a straight line, while the shape of the neck between the convex collar and the surrounding ring is cylindrical as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4.
