Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem lampionu, natomiast fig. 2 jest widokiem lampionu w innej wersji kolorystycznej. Lampion nagrobny, wewnatrz pusty, osadzony jest w cylindrycznej podstawie sluzacej równoczesnie do umieszczania wkladu oswietlajacego. Lampion ma ksztalt obrotowej bryly w ksztalcie stozka, która u dolu i u góry zakonczona jest cylindrycznym pierscieniem. Na calej wysokosci powierzchni bocznej lampionu naniesione sa obwodowo rzedami wypusty, z których kazdy na powierzchni górnej ma odcisnieta linie srodkowa i odchodzacy od niej na prawo i lewo szereg linii skosnych imitujacych galazki choinki. Rzedy wypustów sa przesuniete wzgledem siebie o wielkosc polowy szerokosci wypustu.Lampion moze byc wykonany w róznych kolorach badz ich polaczeniach. Na fig. 1 przedstawiono lampion w kolorze bialym, którego powierzchnie górne wypustów sa w kolorze zlotym. Natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia lampion w kolorze zielonym. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edge lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 is a view of the lantern, while Fig. 2 is a view of the lantern in a different color version. The tombstone lantern, hollow inside, is mounted on a cylindrical base that also serves as a holder for the lighting insert. The lantern is shaped as a rotating cone-shaped solid, topped with a cylindrical ring at the top and bottom. The lantern's sides are perimeter-shaped with rows of protrusions, each with a center line imprinted on the top surface and a series of diagonal lines extending from it to the right and left, imitating Christmas tree branches. The rows of protrusions are offset from each other by half the protrusion's width. The lantern can be made in various colors or combinations of colors. Figure 1 shows a white lantern with gold-colored protrusion tops. Figure 2 shows a green lantern.
