Konewka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 19 czerwca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest konewka do podlewania roslin doniczkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac konewki, przejawiajaca sie jej nowa estetyczna forma, jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono konewke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono konewke w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono konewke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 -przedstawiono konewke w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono ksztalt dna konewki. Jak pokazano na rysunku konewka wedlug wzoru ma widoku z boku wygieta ku górze, waska czesc wylewowa, której dolna, lukowo uksztaltowana krawedz przebiega od pólokraglego zakonczenia czesci wylewowej w kierunku owalnego dna. Górna czesc wyoblonego korpusu ma lukowo uksztaltowana krawedz, która w widoku z góry ma obrys owalu i która laczy sie obrebie wciecia o ksztalcie litery „V" z lukowo wygietym uchwytem. PL PLWatering Can The industrial design registration right is valid from: 19 June 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a watering can for watering potted plants. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the watering can, manifested by its new aesthetic form, as well as the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the watering can from the side, Fig. 2 shows the watering can from the back, Fig. 3 shows the watering can from the top, Fig. 4 shows the watering can from the front, and Fig. 5 shows the shape of the watering can's bottom. As shown in the drawing, the watering can, as shown in the pattern, has a side view with an upwardly curved, narrow spout, the lower, arched edge of which runs from the semicircular tip of the spout towards the oval bottom. The upper part of the curved body has an arched edge, which, when viewed from above, has an oval outline and which connects to the arched handle within a V-shaped recess. Characteristic features of the industrial design Watering can, characterized in that in a side view it has an upwardly curved, narrow pouring part, the lower, arc-shaped edge of which runs from the semi-circular end of the pouring part towards the oval bottom, wherein the upper part of the curved body has an arc-shaped edge, which in a top view has an oval outline and which connects within a "V"-shaped recess with an arc-shaped handle, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.
