Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka sluzaca do przechowywania plynów i zeli stosowanych do utrzymania czystosci. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a screw cap for the storage of liquids and gels used to maintain cleanliness.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bottle with a cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od tylu, fig. 4 - przedstawiono górna czesc butelki zaopatrzona w zakretke w widoku z boku, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the bottle is shown in a front view, fig. 2 - the bottle is shown in a side view, fig. 3 - the bottle is shown in a rear view, fig. 4 - the upper view is shown. the part of the bottle with a screw cap is seen from the side, and in figure 5 the bottle is shown in a view from the bottom.

Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka z zakretka ma korpus, który w górnej czesci ma wygieta lukowo wylewowa czesc zaopatrzona w gwintowana szyjke dla posadowienia zakretki w ksztalcie stozka scietego i pobocznicy zaopatrzonej na calym obwodzie w waskie, wzdluzne wystepy. W srodkowej czesci korpus jestprzewezony, przy czym górna krawedz przewezenia umiejscowiona na bocznej scianie ma ksztalt skosnie nachylonego luku, a dolna czesc przewezenia umiejscowiona na bocznej scianie ma ksztalt linii prostej. Dno korpusu butelki ma ksztalt owalu i zaopatrzone jest w stylizowana litere „R". As shown in the figure, the screw cap bottle has a body which at the top has an arched spout portion provided with a threaded neck for the seating of a cone-shaped cap and a sidewall provided with narrow, longitudinal protrusions all around. In the middle part, the body is cross-shaped, the upper edge of the groove on the side wall has the shape of an oblique arc, and the bottom part of the groove on the side wall has the shape of a straight line. The bottom of the body of the bottle is oval-shaped and marked with the stylized letter "R".

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Butelka z zakretka znamienna tym, ze jej korpus ma w górnej czesci wygieta lukowo wylewowa czesc zaopatrzona w gwintowana szyjke dla posadowienia zakretki w ksztalcie stozka scietego i pobocznicy zaopatrzonej na calym obwodzie w waskie, wzdluzne wystepy, natomiast w srodkowej czesci korpus jest przewezony, przy czym górna krawedz przewezenia umiejscowiona na bocznej scianie ma ksztalt skosnie nachylonego luku, a dolna czesc przewezenia umiejscowiona na bocznej scianie ma ksztalt linii prostej.
