Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka sluzaca do przechowywania plynów i zeli stosowanych do utrzymania czystosci. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od tylu, fig. 4 - przedstawiono górna czesc butelki zaopatrzona w zakretke w widoku z boku, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka z zakretka ma korpus, który w górnej czesci ma wygieta lukowo wylewowa czesc zaopatrzona w gwintowana szyjke dla posadowienia zakretki w ksztalcie stozka scietego i pobocznicy zaopatrzonej na calym obwodzie w waskie, wzdluzne wystepy. W srodkowej czesci korpus jestprzewezony, przy czym górna krawedz przewezenia umiejscowiona na bocznej scianie ma ksztalt skosnie nachylonego luku, a dolna czesc przewezenia umiejscowiona na bocznej scianie ma ksztalt linii prostej. Dno korpusu butelki ma ksztalt owalu i zaopatrzone jest w stylizowana litere „R". The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle with a cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the back, Fig. 4 shows the top part of the bottle fitted with a cap from the side, and Fig. 5 shows the bottle from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle with a cap has a body with an arched pouring section in its upper part, equipped with a threaded neck for mounting the cap in the shape of a truncated cone, and a side surface equipped with narrow, longitudinal protrusions around its entire circumference. The body is narrowed in its central part, with the upper edge of the narrowing located on the side wall in the shape of a diagonally inclined arc, and the lower part of the narrowing located on the side wall in the shape of a straight line. The bottom of the bottle body is oval-shaped and features a stylized letter "R." Essential features of the industrial design A bottle with a cap characterized in that its body has in its upper part a bent, arched pouring part provided with a threaded neck for mounting the cap in the shape of a truncated cone and a side surface provided with narrow, longitudinal projections along the entire circumference, while in the middle part the body is narrowed, wherein the upper edge of the narrowing located on the side wall has the shape of an obliquely inclined arc, and the lower part of the narrowing located on the side wall has the shape of a straight line.
