Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka czworoscienna z niska szyjka przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie alkoholowych. Istota wzoru w odniesieniu do znanych butelek jest ksztalt szyjki oraz kontury jej polaczenia z korpusem butelki, a takze oryginalne uksztaltowanie scian bocznych i dna butelki. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. la - przestawia widok z góry butelki, fig. Ib - przedstawia widok boczny butelki i fig. lc - przedstawia widok butelki z dolu. Ponadto fig. 2 do fig. 2c - przedstawiaja odmiane butelki w analogicznych rzutach tj. fig. 2 - przedstawia odmiane butelki w widoku z przodu, fig. 2a - przedstawia widok z góry tej odmiany, fig. 2b - przedstawia widok boczny i fig. 2c - przedstawia widok z dolu tej odmiafiy butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1 do fig. lc - butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej niska szyjka, zakonczona u góry gwintowanym nadlewem, posiada beczulkowaty ksztalt uformowany wypuklym lukiem zewnetrznym. Natomiast w dolnej czesci szyjka ostrym lukiem wewnetrznym laczy sie z korpusem butelki. Korpus ten ma ksztalt czworosciennej bryly o zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym scianka czolowa korpusu oraz równolegla do niej scianka tylna sa szersze niz scianki boczne, natomiast wszystkie cztery scianki obwodowe - stopniowo zwiekszaja swa szerokosc w kierunku dolnym tj. w kierunku podstawy. Ponadto na obydwu sciankachbocznych korpusu, na duzej ich powierzchni umiejscowiona jest wkleslosc o eliptycznych konturach. Podstawa butelki jest wklesla do srodka, posiada ksztalt prostokata i ze sciankami korpusu laczy sie wyraznie zaznaczonymi lukami czesciowo nachodzacymi na dno butelki. Odmiana butelki czworosciennej z niska szyjka - przedstawiona na rysunkach fig. 2 do fig. 2c - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej szyjka zakonczona jest u góry gwintowanym nadlewem, posiada ksztalt stozka scietego i laczy sie z korpusem butelki lukami, które nachodzac symetrycznie na scianke przednia i tylna maja ksztalt pólkolistych luków wygietych w dól, a na sciankach bocznych sa wygiete w góre. Korpus natomiast ma ksztalt czworosciennej bryly o zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym jego scianka czolowa oraz równolegla do niej scianka tylna sa szersze niz scianki boczne, natomiast wszystkie cztery scianki obwodowe stopniowo zwiekszaja swa szerokosc w kierunku dolnym tj. w kierunku podstawy. Podstawa butelki jest wklesla do srodka, posiada ksztalt prostokata i ze sciankami korpusu laczy sie wyraznie zaznaczonymi lukami nachodzacymi czesciowo na dno butelki. Wykaz odmian butelki czworosciennej: fig. la do fig. lc - przedstawiaja wzór butelki z wkleslymi sciankami bocznymi; fig. 2ado fig. 2c - przedstawiaja odmiane butelki z szyjka nachodzaca lukami na jej korpus. Cechy istotne wzoru to: - czworoscienny ksztalt korpusu butelki, w którym scianki obwodowe zwiekszaja swa szerokosc w kierunku podstawy, a ponadto scianka przednia i tylna sa na calej wysokosci szersze od scianek bocznych; -polaczenie prostokatnej podstawy butelki z korpusem wyraznie zaznaczonymi lukami czesciowo nachodzacymi na dno butelki; - umiejscowienie eliptycznych wkleslosci na bocznych sciankach butelki (we wzorze fig. 1 - fig. lc); -polaczenie szyjki z korpusem lukami nachodzacymi symetrycznie na scianki korpusu (fig. 2 - fig. 2c) . PLThe subject of the industrial design is a tetrahedral bottle with a low neck intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design, in relation to known bottles, is the shape of the neck and the contours of its connection to the bottle body, as well as the unique shape of the side walls and bottom of the bottle. The subject of the design is visible in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 1a shows a top view of the bottle, Fig. 1b shows a side view of the bottle, and Fig. 1c shows a bottom view of the bottle. Furthermore, Figs. 2 to 2c show variants of the bottle in analogous views, i.e., Fig. 2 shows the variant from the front, Fig. 2a shows a top view of this variant, Fig. 2b shows a side view, and Fig. 2c shows a bottom view of this variant. As shown in Figures 1 to 1c, the bottle in the design is characterized by its low neck, topped with a threaded riser, having a barrel-like shape formed by a convex outer arc. In the lower part, the neck connects to the bottle body with a sharp inner arc. This body has the shape of a tetrahedral solid with rounded corners, with the front wall of the body and the parallel rear wall being wider than the side walls, while all four peripheral walls gradually increase in width towards the bottom, i.e., towards the base. Furthermore, a large concavity with elliptical contours is located on both side walls of the body. The base of the bottle is concave inward, rectangular in shape, and connects to the body walls with clearly defined arcs that partially overlap the bottom of the bottle. The tetrahedral bottle variant with a low neck—shown in Figures 2 to 2c—is characterized by its neck ending at the top with a threaded boss, having a truncated cone shape, and connecting to the body of the bottle with arcs that overlap symmetrically on the front and rear walls, forming semicircular arcs that curve downward, and curve upward on the side walls. The body, on the other hand, has the shape of a tetrahedral solid with rounded corners, with its front wall and the parallel rear wall being wider than the side walls, while all four peripheral walls gradually increase in width towards the base. The base of the bottle is concave inward, rectangular in shape, and connects to the body walls with clearly marked arcs that partially overlap the bottom of the bottle. A list of tetrahedral bottle variations: Fig. 1a to Fig. 1c show a bottle design with concave side walls; Fig. 2a to Fig. 2c show a bottle variation with a neck that arcs over the body. The essential features of the design are: - a tetrahedral shape of the bottle body, in which the circumferential walls increase in width towards the base, and in addition, the front and rear walls are wider than the side walls along their entire height; - the rectangular base of the bottle is connected to the body with clearly marked arcs that partially overlap the bottom of the bottle; - the location of elliptical concavities on the side walls of the bottle (in the design Fig. 1 - Fig. 1c); - the neck is connected to the body with arcs that symmetrically overlap the body walls (Fig. 2 - Fig. 2c).
