Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z lukowo wypuklymi, strzelistymi nadlewami przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with arched, pointed risers, intended for beverages, especially alcoholic beverages.

Istota wzoru butelki oraz jej odmian, w odniesieniu do podobnych, znanych butelek jest ksztalt jej korpusu oraz szyjki. The essence of the bottle design and its varieties, in relation to similar, known bottles, is the shape of its body and neck.

Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok czolowy butelki, fig. la - przedstawia jej rzut z góry oraz fig. 2, fig. 2a do fig. 8 i fig. 8a - przestawiaja analogiczne widoki kolejnych odmian butelki. Kazdy z tych nadlewów ma bowiem ksztalt strzelisto- trójkatnej figury, która przy podstawie butelki i nieco powyzej jest prostokatna a nastepnie przybiera ksztalt zblizony do trójkata o wydluzonych ramionach stanowiacych dwa lagodne symetryczne luki zbiezna na ok. V* wysokosci butelki. Scianki tychnadlewów sa lukowo wypukle a ich obrzeza konturowe sa sfazowane, natomiast wysmukla szyjka zakonczona jest u góry gwintowanymi nadlewami.
