Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii konturowych oraz zdobieniu szyjki. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku oraz fig. 3 - przedstawia odmiane butelki w widoku z przodu i fig. 4 - przedstawia odmiane butelki w widoku z boku. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i 2 - butelka posiada wysoka szyjke, która u góry zakonczona jest gwintowanym nadlewem a ponizej przybiera ksztalt smuklego stozka scietego. Stozek ten w obwodzie dolnej podstawy lagodnym lukiem laczy sie z zasadniczym korpusem butelki. Natomiast - korpus ma ksztalt bryly, która w rzucie czolowym tj. w widoku z przodu ma kontury zblizone do prostokata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach górnych i o pionowych bokach, stanowiacych kontury scianek bocznych butelki, minimalnie wkleslych do srodka. W dolnej czesci linie konturowe tych scianek maja ksztalt luku wewnetrznego, a nastepnie luku zewnetrznego, po czym zalamuja sie do poziomu tworzac obwodowy pas podstawy z dnem wkleslym do srodka. W rzucie bocznym natomiast - korpus butelki posiada takze kontuiy zblizone ksztaltem do prostokata - lecz o znacznie mniejszej szerokosci. Wewnatrz lieii konturowych tegoprostokata, odzwierciedlajacych ksztalt scianek czolowych butelki - zaznaczone sa kontury scianek bocznych, które uksztaltowane sa na calej wysokosci zmiennymi szerokosciami. Boki pionowe tych scianek w górnej czesci maja bowiem ksztalt luków wewnetrznych i ponizej przybieraja ksztalt luków zewnetrznych, po czym w poblizu dolnej czesci sa powtórnie wklesle do srodka a w dolnej czesci korpusu butelki zanikaja tworzac lacznie ze sciankami czolowymi wklesly a nastepnie wypukly pas obwodowy, stanowiacy podstawe butelki. Odmiana butelki - przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 3 i 4 posiada takze wysoka szyjke, która u góry zakonczona jest gwintowanym nadlewem, a ponizej przybiera ksztalt smuklego stozka scietego, przy czym na obwodzie szyjki umieszczona jest dodatkowo wypuklosc w postaci imitujacej ozdobny kolnierzyk. Obwodem dolnej podstawy szyjka laczy sie z zasadniczym korpusem butelki. Korpus ten ma ksztalt bryly, która w rzucie czolowym tj. w widoku z przodu ma kontury zblizone do prostokata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach górnych i o pionowych bokach, stanowiacych kontury scianek bocznych butelki - minimalnie wkleslych do srodka. W dolnej czesci linie konturowe tych scianek maja ksztalt luku wewnetrznego, a nastepnie luku zewnetrznego, po czym zalamuja sie do poziomu tworzac obwodowy pas podstawy z dnem wkleslym do srodka. W rzucie bocznym natomiast - korpus butelki posiada takze kontuiy zblizone ksztaltem do prostokata - lecz o znacznie mniejszej szerokosci. Wewnatrz linii konturowych tego prostokata, odzwierciedlajacych ksztalt scianek czolowych butelki - zaznaczone sa kontury scianek bocznych, które uksztaltowane sa na calej wysokosci zmiennymi szerokosciami. Boki pionowe tych scianek w górnej czesci maja bowiem ksztalt luków wewnetrznych i ponizej przybieraja ksztalt luków zewnetrznych, po czym w poblizu dolnej czesci sa powtórnie wklesle do srodka a w dolnej czesci korpusu butelki zanikaja tworzac lacznie ze sciankami czolowymi wklesly a nastepnie wypukly pas obwodowy, stanowiacy podstawe butelki. Wykaz odmian butelki: fig. 1 i fig. 2 - przedstawia zasadniczy wzór butelki; fig. 3 i fig. 4 - " odmiane butelki z ozdobna wypukloscia na szyjce.Jak wynika z opisu i rysunków - cechy istotne wzoru to: - szyjka posiadajaca postac wysokiego stozka scietego który, w odmianie butelki (fig. 3 i 4) ozdobiony jest dekoracyjna wypukloscia imitujaca kolnierzyk; - charakterystyczne uksztaltowanie korpusu butelki, który ma inny ksztalt na symetrycznej scianie przedniej i tylnej oraz inny na symetrycznych, ale znacznie wezszych, sciankach bocznych; - uformowanie dolnej czesci korpusu tworzacej podstawe butelki w postaci obwodowego pasa wyznaczonego lukiem wewnetrznym, a nastepnie zewnetrznym zalamanym do powierzchni poziomej tworzacej w osi symetrii dno wklesle do srodka. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, the arrangement of contour lines, and the neck decoration. The subject of the design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1 - a front view of the bottle, Fig. 2 - a side view of the bottle, Fig. 3 - a front view of the bottle variant, and Fig. 4 - a side view of the bottle variant. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the bottle has a high neck, which terminates at the top with a threaded boss and below takes the shape of a slender truncated cone. This cone connects with the main body of the bottle in a gentle arc at the circumference of the lower base. In contrast, the body has a solid shape that, in a frontal view, resembles a rectangle with rounded tops and vertical sides, which form the contours of the bottle's side walls, concave slightly inward. In the lower part, the contour lines of these walls form an internal arc, then an external arc, before folding horizontally, creating a circumferential base band with a concave bottom. In a side view, the bottle's body also has contours similar to a rectangle, but with a significantly smaller width. Within the contour lines of this rectangle, reflecting the shape of the bottle's front walls, are the contours of the side walls, which are shaped with variable widths along their entire height. The vertical sides of these walls are shaped like internal arches in the upper part, and below they take on the shape of external arches. They then concave inward again near the bottom, and disappear in the lower part of the bottle body. Together with the front walls, they form a concave, then convex, circumferential band, which forms the base of the bottle. The bottle variant shown in Figures 3 and 4 also has a high neck, which ends at the top with a threaded boss, and below it takes on the shape of a slender truncated cone, with an additional convexity imitating a decorative collar around the neck's circumference. The neck connects to the main body of the bottle at the circumference of the lower base. This body has a solid shape, which in a frontal view, i.e., a frontal view, has contours similar to a rectangle with rounded tops and vertical sides, constituting the contours of the bottle's side walls—minimally concave inward. In the lower part, the contour lines of these walls form an internal arc, then an external arc, before breaking horizontally, creating a circumferential base band with a bottom concave inward. In a side view, however, the bottle body also has contours similar to a rectangle—but with a significantly smaller width. Within the contour lines of this rectangle, reflecting the shape of the bottle's front walls, are the contours of the side walls, which are shaped with variable widths along their entire height. The vertical sides of these walls are shaped like internal arches in the upper part and then take on the shape of external arches below. Then, near the bottom, they concave inward again, and in the lower part of the bottle body, they disappear, forming, together with the front walls, a concave and then convex circumferential band, which forms the base of the bottle. List of bottle varieties: Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 - shows the basic bottle design; Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 - "a bottle variant with a decorative convexity on the neck. As can be seen from the description and drawings, the essential features of the design are: - the neck has the form of a high truncated cone, which, in the bottle variant (Fig. 3 and 4), is decorated with a decorative convexity imitating a collar; - a characteristic shape of the bottle body, which has a different shape on the symmetrical front and back walls and a different shape on the symmetrical, but much narrower, side walls; - the lower part of the body forming the base of the bottle is formed in the form of a circumferential strip defined by an internal arc, and then an external arc bent to a horizontal surface creating a bottom concave towards the center in the axis of symmetry.
