Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz ksztalcie jej odmian. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok butelki z przodu, fig. la - przedstawia widok butelki z tylu, fig. 2 - przedstawia widok odmiany butelki z przodu (z rysunkiem zubra), fig. 2a - przedstawia widok tej odmiany butelki z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawia widok kolejnej odmiany butelki z przodu (z rysunkiem zubra i napisem ZUBRÓWKA), fig. 3a - przedstawia widok tej odmiany z tylu, fig. 4 - przedstawia widok dalszej kolejnej odmiany butelki z przodu (z rysunkiem zubra i odmiennie usytuowanym napisem ZUBRÓWKA) oraz fig. 4 a - przedstawia widok z tylu tej odmiany butelki. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and the shapes of its variants. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1 - shows the front view of the bottle, fig. la - shows the back view of the bottle, fig. 2 - shows the front view of a bottle variant (with a drawing of a zubr), fig. 2a - shows the back view of this bottle variant, fig. 3 - shows the front view of another bottle variant (with a drawing of a zubr and the inscription ZUBRÓWKA), fig. 3a - shows the back view of this variant, fig. 4 - shows the front view of another bottle variant (with a drawing of a zubr and a differently positioned inscription ZUBRÓWKA) and fig. 4a - shows the back view of this bottle variant. As shown in Figures 1 and 1a, the bottle subject to the industrial design is characterized by its neck having the shape of a slender truncated cone, which gradually decreases in diameter towards the threaded riser constituting the upper end of the neck. At the bottom, the neck is connected to a decorative flange formed from risers in the form of leaves with serrated edges and downward-pointing tips. Each leaf has protrusions imitating the veins of the leaf on the surface. Below the flange, the cylindrical, main part of the bottle is cylindrical. The lower part of the bottle is a convex circumferential band in the shape of a low cylinder with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the main part of the bottle. This band connects to both the main part and the bottom of the bottle with gently chamfered contours. Furthermore, irregular, lined fins imitating blades of grass are located on the front of the bottle, above this band. The bottle variant shown in Figures 2 and 2a—like the bottle described above—is characterized by its neck also having the shape of a slender truncated cone, which decreases in diameter towards the threaded fin at the top of the neck. At the bottom, the neck connects to a decorative collar formed of fins in the form of leaves with serrated edges and downward-pointing tips. Each leaf's surface has protrusions imitating the leaf's veins. Below the rim, the cylindrical, main body of the bottle is cylindrical in shape. The front of the cylinder features a drawing of a forest, with a bison rubbing its back against two tree trunks joined at their bases. The rear cylindrical surface features a drawing of a section of the forest. The lower part of the bottle is a convex, circumferential band in the shape of a low cylinder, with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the main body. This band connects both the main body and the bottom of the bottle with gentle chamfers. Furthermore, the front of the bottle features irregular, line-like projections imitating blades of grass. Another bottle variety, shown in Figures 3 and 3a, differs from the bottle shown in Figures 2 and 2a in that the front of the bottle, above the forest image, and the back, below the forest image, feature an additional stylized inscription reading "ZUBRÓWKA." This variety is characterized by its neck being shaped like a slender truncated cone, which decreases in diameter towards the threaded lug that forms the upper end of the neck. At the bottom, the neck connects to a decorative flange formed from leaf-shaped lugs with serrated edges and downward-facing tips. The surface of each leaf features ridges imitating leaf veins. Below the collar, the cylindrical, main body of the bottle is shaped like a cylinder. The front of the cylinder features an image of a forest, with a bison rubbing its back against two tree trunks joined at the base. The back of the cylindrical bottle features an image depicting only a fragment of the forest. Furthermore, the front of the bottle, above the forest image, features a stylized inscription "ZUBRÓWKA," and a similar inscription, written in smaller letters, is also placed on the back of the bottle below the forest image. The letters in both inscriptions vary in color, have dark outlines, and are arranged along the lines of a fancifully curved arc. The lower part of the bottle is a convex, circumferential band in the shape of a low cylinder, with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the main body. This band connects both the body and the bottom of the bottle with gentle chamfered contours. Furthermore, irregular, line-like risers imitating blades of grass are located at the front of the bottle, above this band. The next variant, shown in Figures 4 and 4a, differs from the bottle shown in Figures 3 and 3a only in that the letters of the inscription "ZUBRÓWKA" are arranged in a half-round shape. This variant is characterized by its neck having the shape of a slender truncated cone, which decreases in diameter towards the threaded riser constituting the upper end of the neck. At the bottom, the neck connects to a decorative flange formed from risers in the form of leaves with serrated edges and downward-facing tips. The surface of each leaf features ridges imitating leaf veins. Below the collar, the cylindrical, main body of the bottle is cylindrical in shape. The front of the cylinder features an image of a forest, with a bison rubbing its back against two tree trunks joined at the base. The back of the cylindrical bottle features an image depicting only a fragment of the forest. Furthermore, the stylized inscription "ZUBRÓWKA" appears on the front of the bottle above the forest image, and a similar inscription, written in smaller letters, appears on the back below the forest image. The letters in both inscriptions are differentiated in color, have dark outlines, and are arranged in a semicircle. The lower part of the bottle is a convex, circumferential band in the shape of a low cylinder with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the bottle's body. This band connects to both the body and the bottom of the bottle with contours and a gentle chamfer. Furthermore, the front of the bottle, above this band, features irregular, lined risers imitating blades of grass. The surface on the back of the bottle—under the image of a forest and the inscription "ZUBRÓWKA"—in subsequent bottle varieties is intended to include information about the flavor or a description of the tradition of producing the beverage contained within.
