Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 19.07.1999r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla i przeznaczona szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki,przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie,uformowaniu zewnetrznej powierzchni oraz propor- cji poszczególnych jej czesci. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach,na których fig.1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig.2 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu i fig.3 - przedsta- wia butelke w widoku z tylu. Jak pokazano na rysunkach - butelka w górnej czesci,stanowia- cej szyjke posiada ksztalt walca,który ponizej górnego obrzeza umieszczony ma nadlew w postaci obwodowego pierscienia. Szyjka ta laczac sie z zasadnicza czescia butelki - przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w ozdobna kryze uformowana z promieniscie rozlo- zonych, podluznych i harmonijkowo ukladajacych sie pasków. Opisana kryza oslania od góry zasadnicza,cylindryczna czesc bu- telki .posiadajaca ksztalt walca. Powierzchnia obwodowa tego j^alca stanowi powierzchnie uksztalto-wana z podluznych wkleslych i wypuklych,wezykowato biegnacych nadlewów zanikajacych w górnej czesci tj.w poblizu kryzy oraz w dolnej czesci tj.w poblizu obwodowego pasa umieszczonego przy podstawie butelki,przy czym z przodu butelki znajduje sie prze- znaczony do umiejscowienia etykiety prostokat powierzchni dkiej,a na pozostalej powierzchni wezykowatych nadlewów rozmie- szczone sa nieregularnie nadlewy w ksztalcie malych,nieregular- nych elips imitujacych sloje drzewne. Dolny,gladki pas przy podstawie butelki posiada ksztalt niskiego walca o srednicy nieco wiekszej od srednicy walca stanowiacego zasadnicza czesc butelki tj.jej czesc cylindryczna i laczy sie z ta czescia lagodnym lukiem wkleslym do srodka butelki. The design is a bottle made of glass and intended specifically for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, the formation of its outer surface, and the proportions of its individual parts. The design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the back. As shown in the drawings, the upper part of the bottle, constituting the neck, is cylindrical, with a raised rim in the form of a circumferential ring below the upper rim. This neck, connecting to the main body of the bottle, gently curves into a decorative collar formed from radially arranged, longitudinal, accordion-like stripes. This collar covers the top of the main, cylindrical part of the bottle, which is shaped like a cylinder. The circumferential surface of this lug is formed by elongated, concave and convex, snaking risers that disappear in the upper part, i.e., near the flange, and in the lower part, i.e., near the circumferential band located at the base of the bottle. At the front of the bottle is a rectangular, slanted surface intended for the label, while the remaining surface of the snaking risers is irregularly arranged with risers in the shape of small, irregular ellipses imitating wood grain. The lower, smooth band at the base of the bottle is shaped like a low cylinder with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the cylinder constituting the main part of the bottle, i.e., its cylindrical part, and connects to this part with a gentle concave arc toward the center of the bottle. Protective claim A bottle which in its upper part constituting the neck has the shape of a cylinder with a riser in the form of a circumferential ring, characterized in that the neck, connecting with the main part of the bottle, passes with a gentle arch into a decorative flange formed from radially distributed, elongated, accordion-like strips and covering from above the main, cylindrical part of the bottle, having the shape of a cylinder, while the circumferential surface of the main part of the bottle is a surface formed from longitudinal, concave and convex, snake-like risers disappearing in the upper part, i.e. near the riser, and in the lower part, i.e. near the circumferential strip placed at the base of the bottle, while at the front of the bottle there is a place intended for a label, a rectangle with a smooth surface, and on the remaining surface of the snaking risers there are irregularly arranged risers in the shape of small, asymmetrical ellipses imitating wood grain, while the lower, smooth strip at the base of the bottle has the shape of a low cylinder with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the cylinder constituting the main part of the bottle and connects with this part with a gentle arc concave to the center of the bottle, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 - 3; Fig. 1 PL
