Butelka plaska Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 24.12.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka plaska przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz w ksztalcie jej odmiany. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach na których fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 - przedstawia widok butelki z boku i fig. 3 - przedstawia widok butelki z góry. Na rysunkach fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6 - przedstawiona jest w analogicznych ujeciach odmiana butelki plaskiej. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 - butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego - w górnej czesci zakonczona jest wysoka szyjka z gwintowanym nadlewem. Szyjka ta posiada ksztalt zblizony do walca o srednicy minimalnie zwiekszajacej sie w kierunku dolnym. Na dole laczy sie ona z zasadnicza, pojemnosciowa czescia butelki tworzac ozdobna kryze zakonczona symetrycznie z przodu i z tylu butelki dwoma wypuklymi nadlewami w postaci wygietych w góre luków zanikajacych na bokach butelki. Zasadnicza pojemnosciowa czesc butelki posiada w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt splaszczonej elipsy. Natomiast w dolnej czesci butelki - na jej obwodzie uformowanesa 3 obwodowe pasy w tym: pas górny jest najwezszy i laczy sie z butelka linia sfazowana, kolejny - przylegajacy do niego pas jest wklesly do srodka butelki i jest najszerszy, a najnizszy pas o sredniej wysokosci - stanowi równoczesnie podstawe, która laczy sie z dnem butelki. Odmiana butelki uwidoczniona na rysunkach fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6 - rózni sie od wyzej opisanej wysokoscia szyjki. Tak wiec w górnej czesci zakonczona jest ona niska szyjka z gwintowanym nadlewem. Szyjka ta posiada ksztalt zblizony do walca o srednicy minimalnie zwiekszajacej sie w kierunku dolnym. Na dole laczy sie ona z zasadnicza, pojemnosciowa czescia butelki tworzac ozdobna kryze zakonczona symetrycznie z przodu i z tylu butelki dwoma wypuklymi nadlewami w postaci wygietych w góre luków zanikajacych na bokach butelki Zasadnicza pojemnosciowa czesc butelki posiada w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt splaszczonej elipsy. The subject of the industrial design is a flat bottle intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and the shape of its variants. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from above. Figs. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6 show a variant of the flat bottle in analogous views. As shown in Figs. 1, 2, and 3, the bottle that is the subject of the industrial design has a high neck with a threaded boss at the top. This neck is cylindrical in shape, with a diameter that increases slightly towards the bottom. At the bottom, it connects to the main, capacitive part of the bottle, creating a decorative rim, symmetrically terminated at the front and rear by two convex lugs in the form of upwardly curved arches that disappear into the sides of the bottle. The main, capacitive part of the bottle has a flattened ellipse in cross-section. Meanwhile, the lower part of the bottle, along its circumference, features three circumferential bands: the narrowest upper band, which connects to the bottle with a chamfered line; the next band, adjacent to it, is concave toward the center of the bottle and is the widest; and the lowest band, of medium height, also serves as a base that connects to the bottom of the bottle. The bottle variant shown in Figures 4, 5, and 6 differs from the one described above in its neck height. Thus, at the top, it terminates in a low neck with a threaded riser. This neck is cylindrical in shape, with a diameter that increases slightly downward. At the bottom, it connects to the main, capacitive part of the bottle, creating a decorative rim, symmetrically terminated at the front and rear of the bottle by two convex risers in the form of upward-curving arcs that disappear into the sides of the bottle. The main, capacitive part of the bottle has a flattened ellipse in cross-section. In the lower part of the bottle, three circumferential stripes are formed on its circumference, including: the upper stripe is the narrowest and connects to the bottle with a chamfered line, the next stripe - adjacent to it - is concave to the center of the bottle and is the widest, and the lowest stripe of medium height - at the same time constitutes the base that connects to the bottom of the bottle.
