Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka plaska z ozdobna szyjka przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru - w odniesieniu do powszechnie znanych wzorów butelek - stanowi jej oryginalny ksztalt w tym takze ksztalt szyjki oraz umiejscowiona na szyjce ozdobna rozetka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczny jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok z przodu butelki, fig. la - przedstawia widok z boku, oraz fig. Ib - przedstawia rzut z góry butelki, natomiast fig. 2 - przedstawia widok z przodu odmiany butelki, fig. 2a - przedstawia widok z boku tej odmiany oraz fig. 2b - przedstawia rzut z góiy tej odmiany. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1, fig. la i fig. lb-szyjka butelki zakonczona u góry gwintowanym nadlewem - ponizej ma ksztalt niskiej barylki o wypuklych na zewnatrz sciankach. Barylka ta laczy sie z plaskim korpusem butelki którego kontury w widoku z przodu, w górnej czesci maja ksztalt pólkolisty ^ a ponizej maja ksztalt prostokata o narozach zaokraglonych przy podstawie butelki. W widoku z góry korpus butelki ma ksztalt figury, której dwa dluzsze równolegle boki odpowiadajace plaskiej czolowej i tylnej sciance butelki sa proste, a krótsze boki- odpowiadajace sciankom bocznym butelki sa pólkoliste. Ponadto z przodu na szyjce butelki umiejscowiony jest ozdobny nadlew w postaci dekoracyjnej rozetki, zas w górnej czesci korpusu zarówno na przedniej czolowejsciance Ja k tez na tylnej sciance korpusu zarysowany jest waski pasek wklesly do srodka butelki zanikajacy na jej bocznych sciankach. Natomiast w dolnej czesci korpusu, w poblizu podstawy umiejscowiony jest pasek wklesly na calym obwodzie butelki. The essence of the design—relative to commonly known bottle designs—is its unique shape, including the shape of the neck and the decorative rosette located on the neck. The industrial design is visible in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the bottle, Fig. 1a shows a side view, and Fig. 1b shows a top view of the bottle. Fig. 2 shows a front view of a variant of the bottle, Fig. 2a shows a side view of this variant, and Fig. 2b shows a top view of this variant. As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b, the bottle neck terminates at the top with a threaded riser—below, it has the shape of a low barrel with outwardly convex walls. This barrel connects to the flat body of the bottle, the contours of which, in the front view, are semicircular in the upper part and rectangular below, with rounded corners at the base. Viewed from above, the body of the bottle is shaped like a figure whose two longer, parallel sides, corresponding to the flat front and rear walls of the bottle, are straight, while the shorter sides, corresponding to the side walls, are semicircular. Furthermore, a decorative rosette is located on the front neck of the bottle, while in the upper part of the body, both on the front face and on the rear wall of the body, a narrow strip is drawn, concave toward the center of the bottle, disappearing into its side walls. Meanwhile, in the lower part of the body, near the base, a concave strip runs the entire circumference of the bottle. The bottle variant shown in Figures 2, 2a, and 2b differs from the design shown in Figures 1, 1a, and 1b in its neck height. Thus, the neck of this bottle variant, terminated at the top with a threaded boss, has the shape of a tall barrel below. This barrel connects to the flat body of the bottle; the contours of which, in a front view, are semicircular at the top, and below are rectangular with rounded corners at the base. In a top view, the body of the bottle has the shape of a figure where the two longer parallel sides corresponding to the flat front and rear walls of the bottle are straight, and the shorter sides corresponding to the side walls of the bottle are semicircular. Additionally, the front of the bottle neck features a decorative rosette, while the upper part of the body features a narrow stripe, concave toward the center of the bottle, disappearing into the side walls, on both the front and rear walls. Meanwhile, the lower part of the body, near the base, features a concave stripe around the entire circumference of the bottle. Bottle variations: Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b - shows a bottle with a decorative low neck; Fig. 2, Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b - " - " ~ " higher neck. The essential features of the design are: - a decorative barrel-shaped neck and a rosette-shaped overhang; - a characteristic shape of the body with a flat front and back wall and convex side walls; - a concave narrow strip in the upper part of the body located on the front and back walls, and disappearing on the side walls; - a circumferential concave strip near the base of the bottle.
