Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 01.09.200r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz ksztalcie poszczególnych jej odmian. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu,a fig.2- przedstawia te sama butelke w widoku z boku,natomiast fig.3 do fig.8 - przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany butelki w analogicznych ujeciach tj.w widoku z przodu i w widoku z boku. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig.1 i fig.2 - butelka stanowiaca przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego - charakteryzuje sie tym,ze jej szyjka w górnej,gwintowanej czesci posiada ksztalt walca,a na- stepnie lagodnym lukiem wkleslym do srodka zwieksza stopniowo swa srednice,po czym tworzy uskok zmniejszajac nieco srednice i nastepnie laczy sie z górna,cylindryczna czescia butelki po- siadajaca ksztalt ozdobnej kryzy. Kryza ta jest tak uksztaltowana,ze symetrycznie w przednieji tylnej czesci butelki schodzi pólkolistym lukiem w dól na czesc cylindryczna,natomiast na bokach jej kontury maja takze ksztalt pólkolistego luku - lecz wygietego w góre,a ponizej spod tego luku wysuniety jest ozdobny element w postaci styli- zowanego liscia skierowanego swym wierzcholkiem w dól. Ponadto na powierzchni kryzy zaznaczone sa cztery wypuklosci tj. dwie symetryczne wypuklosci z przodu i tylu kryzy oraz dwie symetryczne wypuklosci po bokach kryzy. Srodkowa, cylindryczn a czesc butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do smu- klego walca, natomiast dolna czesc butelki posiada ksztalt pier- scienia,który w swej górnej czesci - przy polaczeniu z czescia cylindryczna - jest lekko sfazowany,a powyzej tego sfazowania na obwodzie butelki wykonany jest falisty pas zaglebiony do srodka butelki. Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunku fig.3 i fig.4 - charakteryzuje sie tym,ze jej szyjka w górnej,gwintowanej cze- sci posiada ksztalt walca,a nastepnie lagodnym lukiem wkleslym do srodka zwieksza stopniowo swa srednice,po czym tworzy uskok zmniejszajac nieco srednice i nastepnie laczy sie z górna,cy- lindryczna czescia butelki posiadajaca ksztalt ozdobnej kryzy. Ponadto na powierzchni kryzy zaznaczone sa cztery wypuklosci tj. dwie symetryczne wypuklosci z przodu i tylu kryzy oraz dwie sy- metryczne wypuklosci po bokach kryzy. Srodkowa,cylindryczna czesc butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do smu- klego walca,natomiast dolna czesc butelki posiada ksztalt pier- scienia laczacego sie z czescia cylindryczna butelki zmiennymi zmniejszajacymi sie promieniami. Powyzej tego pierscienia na obwodzie butelki wykonany jest fali- sty pas zaglebiony do srodka butelki. Dalsza odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunku fig.7 i fig.8 charakteryzuje sie tym,ze jej szyjka w górnej,gwintowanej czesci posiada ksztalt walca,a nastepnie tworzy ksztalt beczulkowaty i ponizej laczy sie z górna czescia butelki posiadajaca ksztaltozdobnej kryzy. Kryza ta jest tak uksztaltowana,ze symetrycznie w przedniej i tylnej czesci "butelki schodzi pólkolistym lukiem w dól na czesc cylindryczna.Natomiast na bokach kontury kryzy maja takze ksztalt pólkolistego luku - lecz wygietego w góre,a ponizej spod tego luku wysuniety jest ozdobny element w postaci dwóch luków,których polaczone wierzcholki skierowane sa w dól, Ponadto na powierzchni kryzy zaznaczone sa cztery wypuklosci tj.dwie symetryczne wypuklosci z przodu i z tylu kryzy oraz dwie symetryczne wypuklosci po bokach kryzy. Srodkowa czesc butelki zmniejsza swa srednice stozkowo w kie- runku dolu,natomiast w dolnej czesci butelka posiada ksztalt pierscienia laczacego sie z czescia srodkowa butelki zmiennymi zmniejszajacymi sie promieniami. Powyzej tego pierscienia na obwodzie butelki wykonany jest fa- listy pas zaglebiony do srodka butelki. PL PLThe Bottle Design Registration Right is valid from September 1, 2000. The design is a bottle specifically designed for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and the shapes of its individual variants. The design is illustrated in the drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the same bottle from the side, and Figs. 3 to 8 show subsequent variations of the bottle from similar views, i.e., from the front and side. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the bottle that is the subject of the decorative design is characterized by its neck being cylindrical in its upper, threaded section, which then gradually increases in diameter with a gentle, concave arc inward. It then steps down, slightly reducing the diameter, and then connects with the upper, cylindrical section of the bottle, which is shaped like a decorative flange. This flange is shaped so that, symmetrically at the front and rear of the bottle, it descends in a semicircular arc down to the cylindrical section. Its sides are also semicircular in shape, but curved upward. Below, from beneath this arc, a decorative element protrudes in the form of a stylized leaf, its tip pointing downward. Additionally, the surface of the flange features four convexities: two symmetrical convexities at the front and back of the flange, and two symmetrical convexities on the sides of the flange. The central, cylindrical part of the bottle is shaped like a slender cylinder, while the lower part of the bottle is ring-shaped, slightly beveled at the top where it meets the cylindrical part. Above this bevel, a wavy strip is made on the bottle's circumference, recessed into the center. The bottle variant shown in Figures 3 and 4 is characterized by a neck in the upper, threaded section that gradually increases in diameter with a gentle, concave arc inward. It then steps down to the upper, cylindrical section of the bottle, which is shaped like a decorative flange. This flange is shaped so that it slopes symmetrically downward in a semicircular arc at the front and rear of the bottle onto the cylindrical section. Its sides are also shaped like a semicircular arc, but curved upward. Below, a decorative element protrudes from beneath the arc, in the form of a stylized fox, its apex pointing downward. Additionally, the surface of the flange features four protrusions: two symmetrical protrusions at the front and back of the flange, and two symmetrical protrusions on the sides of the flange. The central part of the bottle tapers conically towards the bottom, while the lower part is ring-shaped. The ring is slightly beveled at the top where it connects to the central part of the bottle. Above this bevel, a wavy strip is formed on the bottle's circumference, recessed into the center of the bottle. Another bottle variant, shown in Figures 5 and 6, is characterized by a cylindrical neck in the upper, threaded part, which then forms a barrel shape and connects below with the upper, cylindrical part of the bottle, which has the shape of a decorative flange. This flange is shaped so that, symmetrically at the front and rear of the bottle, it descends in a semicircular arc down to the cylindrical part. Furthermore, the flange surface features four protrusions: two symmetrical protrusions at the front and rear of the flange, and two symmetrical protrusions at the sides of the flange. The central, cylindrical part of the bottle resembles a slender cylinder, while the lower part of the bottle is shaped like a ring, connecting to the cylindrical part with variable, decreasing radii. Above this ring, a wavy band extends into the bottle's center around the circumference. Another variation of the bottle, shown in Figures 7 and 8, is characterized by a cylindrical neck in the upper, threaded section, which then forms a barrel shape and connects below with the upper, ornately flanged section of the bottle. This flange is shaped so that symmetrically in the front and rear parts of the bottle it descends in a semicircular arc down to the cylindrical part. Meanwhile, on the sides, the contours of the flange also have the shape of a semicircular arc - but bent upwards, and below this arch, a decorative element protrudes in the form of two arcs, the connected vertices of which point downwards. Furthermore, on the surface of the flange there are four protrusions marked, i.e. two symmetrical protrusions at the front and back of the flange, and two symmetrical protrusions on the sides of the flange. The central part of the bottle decreases its diameter conically towards the bottom, while in the lower part, the bottle has the shape of a ring connecting with the central part of the bottle with variable, decreasing radii.
