Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: plutego 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie czesci zbiornikowej butelki. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia butelke z boku, zas Fig. 2 -uwidacznia dno butelki, natomiast fotografia Fig. 3 - przedstawia widok ogólny butelki W perspektywie. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa w ksztalcie pionowego walca. Górna jego podstawa stanowiaca plaski wierzch bu- telki zaopatrzona jest w szyjke wylewowa natomiast druga podstawa stanowiaca dno butelki jest gruba, przy czym zewnetrzna powierzchnia tego grubego dna jest wklesla i ma ksztalt zblizony do stozka. Wspomniana szyjka wylewowa zakon- czona jest obwodowym zewnetrznym kolnierzem, ponizej którego ma ona pier-¿cieniowe zgrubienie i dalej przechodzi po luku we wspomniany plaski wierzch butelki. Stosunek wysokosci walca stanowiacego czesc zbiornikowa butelki do jego srednicy i do srednicy obwodowego zewnetrznego kolnierza szyjki jest w przyblizeniu tak jak 7 :4:2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to walcowaty ksztalt czesci zbiorni- kowej butelki, której dno jest grube, przy czym zewnetrzna powierzchnia tego dna jest wklesla i ma ksztalt zblizony do stozka. Natomiast szyjka wylewowa zakon- czona jest obwodowym zewnetrznym kolnierzem, ponizej którego ma pierscie- niowe zgrubienie i dalej przechodzi po luku we wspomniany plaski wierzch bu- telki. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfume liquids. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object manifests itself in the shape of the bottle's reservoir. The design object is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle's bottom, and Fig. 3 shows a general view of the bottle in perspective. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has a reservoir in the shape of a vertical cylinder. Its upper base, constituting the flat top of the bottle, is provided with a pouring neck, while the second base, constituting the bottom of the bottle, is thick, with the outer surface of this thick bottom being concave and having a shape similar to a cone. This pouring neck terminates in a circumferential external flange, below which it has an annular thickening and continues in an arc into the aforementioned flat top of the bottle. The ratio of the height of the cylinder constituting the reservoir portion of the bottle to its diameter and to the diameter of the circumferential external neck flange is approximately 7:4:2. The essential features of the industrial design are the cylindrical shape of the reservoir portion of the bottle, the bottom of which is thick, with the outer surface of this bottom being concave and having a shape similar to a cone. The pouring neck ends with a circumferential outer flange, below which it has an annular thickening and then continues in an arc into the aforementioned flat top of the bottle. The ratio of the height of the cylinder constituting the reservoir part of the bottle to its diameter and to the diameter of the circumferential outer neck flange is approximately 7:4:2.
