Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloik wykonany ze szkla prze- znaczony glównie do konfekcjonowania kremów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac sloika nadana mu przez jego ksztalt, zarys jego konturów i cechy jego linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii Fig. 1 - uwi- daczniajacej sloik w widoku perspektywicznym oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 2 -przedstawia sloik z boku, zas Fig. 3 - uwidacznia sloik od strony dna Sloik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa w postaci zblizonej do stozka o lekko wkleslych bokach. Górny sciety koniec tego stozka przechodzi po obwodowym pierscieniu w szeroka cylindryczna szyjke o srednicy nieco wiekszej od srednicy tego scietego konca. Stosunek srednicy czesci zbior- nikowej przy podstawie do wysokosci czesci zbiornikowej i do wysokosci szyjki ma sie w przyblizeniu tak jak 62:35:11 . Natomiast stosunek wspomnianej sred- nicy czesci zbiornikowej przy podstawie do srednicy drugiego jej konca wynosi wprzyblizeniu 62:50. Szyjka pokryta jest gwintem, zas zakonczenie stozka przy jego podstawie jest fazowane. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej sloika, Ma postac zblizona do stozka o lekko wkleslych bokach. Górny sciety koniec tego stozka przechodzi po obwodowym pierscieniu w szeroka cylindryczna szyjke o srednicy nieco wiekszej od srednicy tego górnego konca. Stosunek srednicy cze- sci zbiornikowej przy podstawie do wysokosci czesci zbiornikowej i do wysokosci szyjki ma sie w przyblizeniu tak jak 62:35:11 . The subject of the industrial design is a glass jar intended primarily for packaging cosmetic creams. The essence of the design is the new and individually characterful form of the jar, given to it by its shape, outline, contours, and line features. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1, showing the jar in a perspective view, and in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 2 shows the jar from the side, while Fig. 3 shows the jar from the bottom. The jar, according to the industrial design, has a container portion in the form of a cone with slightly concave sides. The upper truncated end of this cone transitions along a circumferential ring into a wide cylindrical neck with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of this truncated end. The ratio of the diameter of the reservoir portion at the base to the height of the reservoir portion and to the height of the neck is approximately 62:35:11. Meanwhile, the ratio of the aforementioned diameter of the reservoir portion at the base to the diameter of its other end is approximately 62:50. The neck is threaded, and the cone's base end is chamfered. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir portion of the jar, which resembles a cone with slightly concave sides. The upper truncated end of this cone transitions along a circumferential ring into a wide cylindrical neck with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of this upper end. The ratio of the diameter of the tank part at the base to the height of the tank part and to the height of the neck is approximately 62:35:11.
