Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - obrazuje na fotografii widok perspektywiczny butelki, Fig. 2 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki z boku. Fig. 3 - przedstawia na rysunku widok od strony dna butelki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: czesc zbiornikowa butelki zbudo- wana z dwóch czesci. Czesc górna ma postac czaszy kulistej zaopatrzonej od dolu w obwodowy rowek, a od góry w szyjke wylewowa, której os obrotu jest prze- sunieta o 10° stosunku do osi obrotu tej czaszy. Czesc dolna butelki utworzona jest równiez z czaszy kulistej, której plaszczyzna przeciecia styka sie z plaszcyzna przeciecia czaszy górnej, a jej wierzcholek skierowany ku dolowi jest obciety po plaszczyznie prostopadlej do wspomnianego obrotu szyjki wylewowej. Przy czym ta plaszczyzna obciecia wierzcholka czaszy dolnej stanowi dno butelki. Stosunek wysokosci butelki do srednicy jej dna i do srednicy wspomnianego obwodowego rowka w miejscu styku tych dwóch czasz ma sie w przyblizeniu tak jak: 54:60:80. HUTA SZKLA "CZECHY" S.A. The design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - a perspective view of the bottle; Fig. 2 - a side view of the bottle; Fig. 3 - a view from the bottom of the bottle. The essential features of the industrial design are: the reservoir portion of the bottle is composed of two parts. The upper portion is in the form of a spherical bowl with a circumferential groove at the bottom and a pouring neck at the top, the axis of rotation of which is offset by 10° relative to the axis of rotation of the bowl. The lower part of the bottle is also formed by a spherical bowl, the intersection of which meets the intersection of the upper bowl, and its downward-facing apex is cut off along a plane perpendicular to the aforementioned rotation of the pouring neck. This cut off plane of the lower bowl apex constitutes the bottom of the bottle. The ratio of the bottle height to the diameter of its bottom and to the diameter of the aforementioned circumferential groove at the point of contact of these two bowls is approximately 54:60:80.
