Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfume- ryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia na fotografii widok perspektywiczny butelki, Fig. 2 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki z boku, Fig. 3 - uwidacznia na rysunku dwa zespolone ze soba boki butelki oraz laczaca ich krawedz, Fig. 4 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki od strony dna Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Czesc zbiornikowa butelki ma postac smuklej figury o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie kwadratu ze scietymi narozami. Przy czym stosunek szerokosci jej boków do calkowitej wysokosci butelki ma sie w przyblizeniu tak, jak 44 : 101. Grube dno butelki, oraz jej wierzch i scianki boczne sa plaskie. Essential features of the industrial design: The reservoir portion of the bottle is in the form of a slender figure with a square cross-section with cut off corners.
