Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok butelki z przodu, Fig. 2 - przedstawia widok butelki z boku, Fig. 3 - przedstawia widok butelki od strony dna Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki majacej postac symetrycznej smuklej bryly, o grubosci lagodnie malejacej w mia- re oddalania sie od srodka do jej plaskich konców. Przy czym dno i wierzch butel- ki oraz przekrój poprzeczny czesci zbiornikowej maja ksztalt zbizony do prostoka- ta, którego boki sa wzgledem jego osi symetrycznie wygiete na zewnatrz po lago- dnym luku. Przy czym stosunek szerokosci przodu tej butelki do szerokosci jej bo- ków mierzonych posrodku czesci zbiornikowej do jej wysokosci \ma sie w przybli- zeniu tak jak 5:3:8.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a glass bottle intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfumery liquids. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 - shows a front view of the bottle, Fig. 2 - shows a side view of the bottle, Fig. 3 - shows a view of the bottle from the bottom. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir portion of the bottle, which has the form of a symmetrical, slender block, with a thickness that gently decreases as you move away from the center toward its flat ends. The bottom and top of the bottle, as well as the cross-section of the reservoir portion, approximate a rectangle, the sides of which are symmetrically bent outward in a gentle arc relative to its axis.
