Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 28 marca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania plynów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia butelke z przodu, Fig.2 - uwidacznia butelke z boku, zas Fig. 3 - uwidacznia butelki od strony dna, natomiast fotografia Fig. 4 - przedstawia widok ogólny butelki w pozycji stojacej z przodu i z boku, zas fotografia Fig. 5 - uwi- dacznia widok butelki w pozycji lezacej od strony wierzchu oraz od strony dna. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa, której korpus jest zaopatrzony u góry w okragle pierscieniowe zgrubienie. Ksztalt dna butelki oraz przekrój poprzeczny korpusu od dna prawie do wspomnianego pier- scieniowego zgrubienia jest zblizony ksztaltem do prostokata z wybrzuszonymibokami i zaokraglonymi narozami. Krawedzie scianek korpusu sa uksztaltowane tak, ze w widoku z przodu poczatkowo rozszerzaja sie po okregu a nastepnie zwezaja sie po lagodnym luku. Najmniejsza szerokosc osiagaja tuz pod wspo- mnianym pierscieniowym zgrubieniem gdzie nastepuje ich przegiecie, od którego rozszerzaja sie po luku do srednicy wspomnianego okraglego pierscieniowego zgrubienia. Natomiast w widoku z boku wezsze scianki korpusu zwezaja sie po liniach prostych do wysokosci wspomnianego przegiecia, po czym ostro rozsze- rzaja sie do srednicy okraglego pierscieniowego zgrubienia. Wspomniane zgru- bienie od góry przechodzi w szeroka o nieznacznie mniejszej srednicy cylin- dryczna szyjke pokryta gwintem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt korpusu czesci zbiorniko- wej butelki, która u góry posiada on okragle pierscieniowe zgrubienie przecho- dzace w szeroka cylindryczna szyjke pokryta gwintem. Korpus ten zweza sie w miare oddalania sie od dna niemal do wspomnianego pierscieniowego zgrubienia a jego przekrój poprzeczny jest zblizony do prostokata z wybrzuszonymi bokami i zaokraglonymi narozami.Fig.1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 4 Fig. 5 PL PLBottle The industrial design registration right is valid from: 28 March 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging cosmetic lotions. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new and original form of the object manifests itself in the shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the bottom, while photograph Fig. 4 shows a general view of the bottle in an upright position from the front and side, and photograph Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a lying position from the top and bottom. The bottle according to the industrial design has a reservoir section, the body of which is provided with a circular, annular bulge at the top. The shape of the bottle's bottom and the cross-section of the body from the bottom almost to the annular bead resemble a rectangle with bulging sides and rounded corners. The edges of the body's walls are shaped so that in the front view, they initially widen in a circle and then narrow in a gentle arc. They reach their narrowest width just below the annular bead, where they inflect, from which they widen in an arc to the diameter of the circular annular bead. In the side view, however, the narrower body's walls narrow in straight lines to the height of the inflection, after which they sharply widen to the diameter of the circular annular bead. The aforementioned thickening at the top transitions into a wide, slightly smaller diameter, cylindrical neck covered with thread. The essential features of the industrial design include: the shape of the body of the bottle's reservoir portion, which has a circular, annular thickening at the top transitioning into a wide, cylindrical neck covered with thread. This body narrows as it moves away from the bottom, almost to the aforementioned thickening, and its cross-section approximates a rectangle with bulging sides and rounded corners.
