Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania plynów kosmetycznych. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended mainly for the confectioning of cosmetic liquids.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia butelke z przodu, Fig.2 - uwidacznia butelke z boku, zas Fig. 3 - uwidacznia butelki od strony dna, natomiast fotografia Fig. 4 - przedstawia widok ogólny butelki w pozycji stojacej z przodu i z boku, zas fotografia Fig. 5 - uwi- dacznia widok butelki w pozycji lezacej od strony wierzchu oraz od strony dna. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa, której korpus jest zaopatrzony u góry w okragle pierscieniowe zgrubienie. Ksztalt dna butelki oraz przekrój poprzeczny korpusu od dna prawie do wspomnianego pier- scieniowego zgrubienia jest zblizony ksztaltem do prostokata z wybrzuszonymibokami i zaokraglonymi narozami. Krawedzie scianek korpusu sa uksztaltowane tak, ze w widoku z przodu poczatkowo rozszerzaja sie po okregu a nastepnie zwezaja sie po lagodnym luku. Najmniejsza szerokosc osiagaja tuz pod wspo- mnianym pierscieniowym zgrubieniem gdzie nastepuje ich przegiecie, od którego rozszerzaja sie po luku do srednicy wspomnianego okraglego pierscieniowego zgrubienia. Natomiast w widoku z boku wezsze scianki korpusu zwezaja sie po liniach prostych do wysokosci wspomnianego przegiecia, po czym ostro rozsze- rzaja sie do srednicy okraglego pierscieniowego zgrubienia. Wspomniane zgru- bienie od góry przechodzi w szeroka o nieznacznie mniejszej srednicy cylin- dryczna szyjke pokryta gwintem. The shape of the bottom of the bottle and the cross-section of the body from the bottom almost to the aforementioned annular bead is similar in shape to a rectangle with bulging ribs and rounded corners. The edges of the body walls are shaped so that in the front view they initially widen in a circle and then taper in a gentle arch. They reach their smallest width just below the aforementioned annular bulge, where their bend occurs, from which they widen along the arc to the diameter of the said circular bead. On the other hand, in the side view, the narrower walls of the body tapered in straight lines to the height of the above-mentioned bend, and then sharply widen to the diameter of a circular ring bulge. The above-mentioned bead turns into a broad cylindrical neck with a slightly smaller diameter, covered with a thread.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt korpusu czesci zbiorniko- wej butelki, która u góry posiada on okragle pierscieniowe zgrubienie przecho- dzace w szeroka cylindryczna szyjke pokryta gwintem.
