Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony do preparatów chemicznych, kosmetycznych i preparatów farmakologicznych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc odtwarzany dowolna technika z zachowaniem wlasciwosci charakterystycznych stanowiacych istote pojemnika.
