Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka do plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt butelki, oryginalna budowa dna butelki oraz wyglad zewnetrznej powierzchni nadajac butelce walory uzytkowe w czasie uzytkowania oraz wysokie walory zdobnicze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach i w materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok boczny butelki, fig. 2 - widok z góry butelki jak na fig. 1. Material ilustracyjny stanowia zdjecia, na których fig. 3 przedstawia widok boczny, perspektywiczny butelki, fig. 4 - widok z góry butelki jak na fig. 3. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego majaca w czesci górnej cylindryczna koncówke wlewowa, ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze stanowi prostopadloscienna bryle, o eliptycznej podstawie z wyrazista gruboscia tej podstawy, której zarys elipsy odpowiada uksztaltowaniu przestrzennemu calej butelki, zakonczonej w czesci górnej lukowa powierzchnia, z poziomym pierscieniowym obrysem wokól cylindrycznej koncówki wlewowej. Na poziomym pierscieniowym obrysie oparta jest oslonowa nasadka w ksztalcie walca, od góry zamknietego, podzielonego na zewnetrznej powierzchni, w czesci trzy czwartej wysokosci od góry, nagranatowa powierzchnie z tworzywa sztucznego i dolna, czwarta czesc wysokosci, metalowa o zabarwieniu zlotym. Butelka wykonana jest z bardzo przejrzystego szkla, nadajac wyrazistej gruboscia podstawy znamiona zdobnicze, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 i fig. 4. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego majac eliptyczne ksztalty scian bocznych, stwarza warunki pewnego trzymania w dloniach napelnionej kosmetykami butelki oraz nia manewrowania w czasie zabiegów kosmetycznych. Charakterystycznym elementem w budowie butelki jest znaczaca, widoczna grubosc dna, nadajaca butelce wraz z wygladem nasadki wysokie walory zdobnicze, skutecznie oddzialywujace na odbiorców kosmetyków. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle for liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the industrial design is the shape of the bottle, the unique structure of the bottle's bottom, and the appearance of the outer surface, giving the bottle practicality during use and high decorative value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows in Fig. 1 a side view of the bottle, Fig. 2 - a top view of the bottle as in Fig. 1. The illustrative material consists of photos, in which Fig. 3 shows a side, perspective view of the bottle, Fig. 4 - a top view of the bottle as in Fig. 3. The bottle according to the industrial design, having a cylindrical pouring nozzle in its upper part, has essential features of the industrial design characterized by the fact that it is a cuboid solid with an elliptical base with a distinct thickness of this base, the outline of which of the ellipse corresponds to the spatial shape of the entire bottle, ending in an arcuate surface in its upper part, with a horizontal annular outline around the cylindrical pouring nozzle. A cylindrical protective cap rests on a horizontal, annular outline. It is closed at the top and divided on the outer surface, three-quarters of the way up, into a navy blue plastic surface and a lower, quarter-height section made of gold-tinted metal. The bottle is made of very clear glass, giving the thick base a distinctive decorative feature, as shown in the accompanying drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in the illustrative material, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The industrial-design bottle, with its elliptical side walls, allows for a secure grip and maneuverability of the filled bottle during cosmetic treatments. A distinctive element of the bottle's design is the significant, visible thickness of the bottom, which gives the bottle and the cap a high decorative value, effectively appealing to cosmetics consumers.
