The essence of the industrial design is the bottle's three-dimensional, original shape and appearance, along with its color and surface texture, giving the bottle specific functional and ergonomic advantages experienced during use. The bottle is also characterized by its original shape and high decorative value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows Fig. 1, a side view of a cosmetics bottle with a closed filling opening. The illustrative material shows Fig. 2, a photograph of the bottle with an open filling opening and a stopper placed next to it. The industrial design cosmetic bottle has essential industrial design features, characterized by its shape as a tree cut along a specified length with the side branches trimmed off. The filling opening is covered at the top by a cap stylizing the cut upper surface in two planes. The tree rings are visible at the intersections of the tree trunk and the branches, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 1) and the attached illustrative material (Fig. 2). The industrial design cosmetic bottle, shaped like a stylized tree trunk with a texture characteristic of pine bark, ensures the bottle is easy to hold and manipulate during cosmetic treatments, thus meeting ergonomic requirements. The bottle's elliptical base ensures stability, while its distinctive appearance adds aesthetic and marketing value to the packaging, resonating with consumers by associating its appearance with exclusive cosmetics.
