Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wieloscienna na plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie butelki o nowym oryginalnym ksztalcie, nadajac butelce walory uzytkowe i ergonomiczne zwiazane z czynnosciami podczas uzytkowania, a takze wysokie walory zdobnicze polaczone z kolorystyka i faktura powierzchni zewnetrznej butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok boczny butelki wielosciennej na plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Material ilustracyjny na fig. 2 stanowi zdjecie butelki w ujeciu bocznym. The essence of the industrial design is the three-dimensional shaping of the bottle with a new, original shape, giving the bottle functional and ergonomic qualities related to activities during use, as well as high decorative values combined with the color scheme and texture of the bottle's outer surface. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and accompanying illustrative material. The illustrative material in Fig. 1 shows a side view of the multi-walled bottle for liquid cosmetics. The illustrative material in Fig. 2 is a photograph of the bottle from a side view. The multi-walled bottle for liquid cosmetics, based on an industrial design, has essential industrial design features, characterized by its spatial shape in the form of a nine-sided truncated pyramid with a lower part cut at one end at an angle, the height of which exceeds the level of the bottle's bottom, stylizing the external outline of a trapezoid. The angular, variable shape of the bottle's side walls gives it a unique appearance, while ensuring an easy and secure grip. The bottle's colored red glass enhances the bottle's decorative value, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 1) and in the illustrative material (Fig. 2).
