Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest flakon do plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowe, oryginalne uksztaltowanie flakonu wraz z kolorystyka zewnetrznej powierzchni, nadajac flakonowi walory uzytkowe i ergonomiczne, odbierane w czasie jego uzytkowania, a takze wysokie walory zdobnicze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach i w materiale ilustracyjnym. Na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 przedstawia widok boczny flakonu, fig, 2- widokzgóry flakonu, jak na fig. 1. Material ilustracyjny stanowia zdjecia, na których fig. 3 przedstawia widok boczny perspektywiczny flakonu, fig. 4 - widok z góry flakonu jak na fig. 3. Flakon wedlug wzoru przemyslowego z cylindryczna koncówka wlewowa w czesci górnej, ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze przestrzennie ma postac prostopadloscianu o trapezowej podstawie, którego jedna powierzchnia czolowa jest wklesnieta, zas przeciwlegla powierzchnia ma ksztalt wypukly i lukowy, przy czym boczne scianki od strony wkleslosci maja ostre krawedzie, zas od strony lukowej sa zaoblone. Górna plaska powierzchnia flakonu stanowi podstawe osadzania nasadki zamykajacej, majacej ksztalt ostroslupa o podstawie prostokatnej, której jedna powierzchnia czolowa jest wklesnieta, zas przeciwlegla powierzchnia ma ksztalt lukowy, tworzac jednolite powierzchnie z dolnymi scianami czolowymi i bocznymi flakonu.Dolna szklana czesc flakonu ma fakture szkla matowego, zas zamykajaca nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i ma barwe zielona, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym na fig. 3 i fig. 4. Flakon wedlug wzoru przemyslowego maj ac powierzchnie czolowa z jednej strony wypukla, pozwala na pewne trzymanie flakonu w dloniach i operowanie nim w czasie zabiegów kosmetycznych, spelniajac tym wymogi ergonomiczne. Oryginalny ostroslupowy ksztalt nasadki zamykajacej z lukowymi powierzchniami bocznymi oraz jej kolorystyka, nadaja opakowaniu wysokie walory zdobnicze, marketingowo oddzialywujace na odbiorców kosmetyków.FIG. 1Fig.2Fig. 3Fig. 4 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle for liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the industrial design is the new, original design of the bottle together with the color of the outer surface, giving the bottle functional and ergonomic values, perceived during its use, as well as high decorative qualities. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material. In the attached drawing, fig. 1 shows a side view of the bottle, fig. 2- top view of the bottle, as in fig. 1. The illustration consists of photos, in which fig. 3 shows a perspective side view of the bottle, fig. 4 - top view of the bottle as in fig. fig. 3. The bottle according to the industrial design with a cylindrical pouring tip in the upper part, has the essential features of the industrial design characterized by the spatial shape of a rectangular trapezoidal base, one face of which is concave, while the opposite surface has a convex and arched shape, the side walls on the concave side have sharp edges, while on the arched side they are rounded. The top, flat surface of the bottle forms the basis for mounting the closing cap, which has the shape of a pyramid with a rectangular base, one face of which is concave, while the opposite face has an arched shape, forming a uniform surface with the bottom front and side walls of the bottle. and the closure cap is made of plastic and is green in color, as shown in the accompanying figures Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in the illustrative material of Figs. 3 and Fig. 4. The bottle is in an industrial design with a front face on one side. convex, allows you to firmly hold the bottle in your hands and use it during cosmetic procedures, meeting the ergonomic requirements.
