Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest flakon na wyroby kosmetyczne, najkorzystniej plynne. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie flakonu w nowej oryginalnej postaci, nadajac flakonowi równoczesnie z zaletami uzytkowymi, wysokie walory estetyczne. Ksztalt flakonu ma równiez znamiona rozwiazania ergonomicznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i w materiale ilustracyjnym. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle for cosmetic products, preferably liquid ones. The essence of the industrial design is the three-dimensional shape of the bottle in a new, original form, giving the bottle high aesthetic value, along with practical advantages. The bottle's shape also has ergonomic features. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows a side view of the cosmetic bottle in Fig. 1. The illustrative material shows the bottle in a side view in Fig. 2. The cosmetic bottle according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by its three-dimensional shape in the form of a cylinder that arcs into a cylindrical pouring nozzle. The bottle has a flanged lower section with a truncated cone-shaped bottom. On the side cylindrical surface of the bottle there are circular recesses with spherical protrusions, on which letters are embossed, creating the word "BOSS" in a vertical arrangement. These recesses, apart from their aesthetic and marketing value, allow for a better and more secure grip of the bottle and its handling during use. An additional decorative element of the bottle is the black color, combining the high quality of the cosmetics with a very aesthetic packaging, as shown in Figure 1 and in the illustrative material Figure 2.
