Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, ze nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie zblizonym do tulei i po- siada glówke w postaci pierscienia o ksztalcie owalnym z wypukloscia w czesci górnej, polaczona z tuleja po lagodnym promieniu, przy czym scianki tulei zwezaja sie ku dolowi. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze i posiada otwór nieprzelotowy od strony górnej czesci nasadki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z góry. Nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie zblizonym do tu- lei i posiada glówke w postaci pierscienia o ksztalcie owalnym z wypuklos- cia w czesci górnej, polaczona z tuleja po lagodnym promieniu, przy czym scianki tulei zwezaja sie ku dolowi, jak pokazano na fig. Nasadka ma wyko- nany otwór, który jest nieprzelotowy od strony górnej czesci nakladki, jak pokazano na fig.2. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w do- wolnym kolorze i moze byc metalizowana, galwanizowana, transparentnalub kryta. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum w postaci bryly w ksztalcie zblizonym do tulei i posiada glówke w postaci pierscienia o ksztalcie owalnym z wypukloscia w czesci górnej polaczona z tuleja po lagodnym promieniu, przy czym scianki tulei zwezaja sie ku dolo- wi, a nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze i posiada otwór, który jest nieprzelotowy od strony górnej czesci nasadki.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the fact that the perfume bottle cap is a solid shape similar to a sleeve and has a head in the form of an oval ring with a convexity at the top, connected to the sleeve along a gentle radius, with the sleeve walls tapering downward. The cap is made of plastic in any color and has a blind hole in the top of the cap. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the top view. The perfume bottle cap has the form of a solid in a shape similar to a sleeve and has a head in the form of an oval ring with a convexity in the upper part, connected to the sleeve along a gentle radius, with the walls of the sleeve tapering downwards, as shown in Fig. The cap has a hole which is blind on the side of the upper part of the cap, as shown in Fig. 2. The cap is made of plastic in any color and can be metalized, galvanized, transparent or coated. The essential features of the industrial design are a perfume bottle cap in the form of a solid in a shape similar to a sleeve and having a head in the form of an oval ring with a convexity in the upper part connected to the sleeve along a gentle radius, wherein the walls of the sleeve narrow downwards, and the cap is made of plastic in any color and has a hole which is blind on the side of the upper part of the cap.
