Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum w formie bryly w ksztalcie trapezu o podstawie kwadratu z na- roznikami scietymi, ze sciankami bocznymi zwezajacymi sie ku dolowi, a po srodku ma wykonany kolowy otwór, który jest nieprzelotowy od strony górnej czesci nasadki. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1- przedstawia nasadke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z góry. Nasadka na butelki do perfum stanowi bryla w ksztalcie trapezu o podsta- wie kwadratu z naroznikami scietymi, ze sciankami bocznymi zwezajacymi sie ku dolowi, a posrodku ma wykonany kolowy otwór, który jest nieprze- lotowy od strony górnej czesci nasadki, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze i moze byc metalizowana, galwanizowana, transparentna lub kryta. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do per- fum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie trapezu o podstawie kwadratu z narozni-kami scietymi, ze scianami bocznymi zwezajacymi sie ku dolowi, a po- srodku ma wykonany kolowy otwór, który jest nieprzelotowy od strony górnej czesci nasadki. The industrial design represents a new and unique form of the product, given in particular by the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the perfume bottle cap, which is a trapezoidal shape with a square base and chamfered corners, with side walls tapering downward, and a central circular opening, which is blind to the top of the cap. The cap is made of plastic in any color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the cap from the top.
