Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, ze nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazo- nego trapezu lekko zwezajacego sie ku dolowi do czesci z wykonanymi karbami na calym obwodzie dolnej czesci nasadki w ksztalcie kola, której scianki sa równolegle do jej osi symetrii, a górna czesc nasadki jest lekko wypukla i pelna, przy czym nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztuczne- go. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunk, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w widoku z dolu, fig.2 - w widoku z przodu. Nasadka na butelki do perfum stanowi bryla w ksztalcie jednostronnie wy- drazonego trapezu lekko zwezajacego sie ku dolowi do czesci z wykonany- mi karbami na calym obwodzie dolnej czesci nasadki w ksztalcie kola, której scianki sa równolegle do jej osi symetrii, a górna czesc nasadki jest lekko wypukla i pelna, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru i moze byc metalizowana, galwa-nizowana, transparentna lub kryta. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum w postaci bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego trapezu lekko zwezajacego sie ku dolowi do czesci z wykonanymi karbami na calym obwodzie dolnej czesci nasadki w ksztalcie kola, której scianki sa równolegle do je j osi symetrii, a górna czesc nasadki jest lekko wypukla i pelna, przy czym nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w dowol- nym kolorze.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cap for perfume bottles. The industrial pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it in particular by the features of lines, contours, colors and material of the product. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the fact that the cap for perfume bottles has the form of a lump in the shape of a one-sidedly expressed trapezoid slightly tapering downwards to the notched part around the entire circumference of the lower part of the cap in the shape of a circle, the walls of which are parallel to its axis of symmetry and the top of the cap is slightly curved and solid, the cap being made of plastic. The object of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the cap in a bottom view, fig. 2 - in front view. The cap for perfume bottles is a block in the shape of a one-sidedly expressed trapezoid slightly tapering downwards to the part with grooves around the entire circumference of the lower part of the cap in the shape of a circle, the walls of which are parallel to its axis of symmetry, and the upper part of the cap is slightly convex and solid as shown in Figures 1 and 2. The cap is made of any color plastic material and can be metallized, galvanized, transparent or opaque.
