Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, ze nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazo- nego trapezu lekko zwezajacego sie ku dolowi do czesci z wykonanymi karbami na calym obwodzie dolnej czesci nasadki w ksztalcie kola, której scianki sa równolegle do jej osi symetrii, a górna czesc nasadki jest lekko wypukla i pelna, przy czym nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztuczne- go. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunk, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w widoku z dolu, fig.2 - w widoku z przodu. Nasadka na butelki do perfum stanowi bryla w ksztalcie jednostronnie wy- drazonego trapezu lekko zwezajacego sie ku dolowi do czesci z wykonany- mi karbami na calym obwodzie dolnej czesci nasadki w ksztalcie kola, której scianki sa równolegle do jej osi symetrii, a górna czesc nasadki jest lekko wypukla i pelna, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru i moze byc metalizowana, galwa-nizowana, transparentna lub kryta. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum w postaci bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego trapezu lekko zwezajacego sie ku dolowi do czesci z wykonanymi karbami na calym obwodzie dolnej czesci nasadki w ksztalcie kola, której scianki sa równolegle do je j osi symetrii, a górna czesc nasadki jest lekko wypukla i pelna, przy czym nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w dowol- nym kolorze.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the fact that the perfume bottle cap is a solid in the shape of a trapezoid hollowed out on one side, slightly tapering downward to a section with notches along the entire circumference of the lower part of the circular cap, the walls of which are parallel to its axis of symmetry, and the upper part of the cap is slightly convex and solid, the cap being made of plastic. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cap from the bottom, and Fig. 2 from the front. The perfume bottle cap is a solid in the shape of a trapezoid hollowed out on one side, slightly tapering downwards to a part with notches made around the entire circumference of the lower part of the cap in the shape of a circle, the walls of which are parallel to its axis of symmetry, and the upper part of the cap is slightly convex and full, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2. The cap is made of plastic of any color and can be metalized, galvanized, transparent or covered. The essential features of the industrial design are a perfume bottle cap in the form of a solid in the shape of a trapezoid hollowed out on one side, slightly narrowing downwards to a part with notches made on the entire circumference of the lower part of the cap in the shape of a circle, the walls of which are parallel to its axis of symmetry, and the upper part of the cap is slightly convex and full, the cap being made of plastic in any color.
