Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi pierscien na butel- ki do perfum majacy postac bryly w ksztalcie wydrazonego walca z wyko- nanym w jednej czesci kolnierzem wychodzacym poza bryle walca z otwo- rem mniejszym od srednicy wewnetrznej walca i posiada dwa pierscienie w dowolnych kolorach, umieszczone w dolnej i górnej czesci walca. Pierscien jest wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze. The industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of the product, given in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the perfume bottle ring, which has the form of a hollow cylinder with a one-piece flange extending beyond the cylinder, with an opening smaller than the cylinder's internal diameter. It has two rings in any color, located in the lower and upper parts of the cylinder. The ring is made of plastic in any color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the ring from above, and Fig. 2 shows the ring from above.
