Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. An industrial pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors and material of the product.

Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi pierscien na butel- ki do perfum majacy postac bryly w ksztalcie wydrazonego walca z wyko- nanym w jednej czesci kolnierzem wychodzacym poza bryle walca z otwo- rem mniejszym od srednicy wewnetrznej walca i posiada dwa pierscienie w dowolnych kolorach, umieszczone w dolnej i górnej czesci walca. Pierscien jest wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze. The novelty and originality of the industrial design is a ring for perfume bottles in the form of a lump in the shape of a hollow cylinder with a flange made in one part extending beyond the cylinder body with an opening smaller than the internal diameter of the cylinder and having two rings of any color, placed at the top and bottom of the roller. The ring is made of plastic of any color.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierscien w widoku z góry, fig.2 - w widoku z przodu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the ring in top view, fig. 2 - in front view.

Pierscien na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie wydrazonego walca z wykonanym w jednej czesci kolnierzem wychodzacym poza bryle walca z otworem mniejszym od srednicy wewnetrznej walca i posiada dwa pierscienie w dowolnych kolorach, umieszczone w dolnej i górnej czesci walca, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2.
