Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny chrakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi pierscien na butel- ki do perfum majacy postac bryly w ksztalcie dzwonu z wysunietym poza bryle kolnierzem z otworem mniejszym od srednicy wewnetrznej dzwonu oraz posiadajacym lub nie w dolnej i górnej czesci bryly wykonane na obwodzie karby. Pierscien jest wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego w dowol- nych kolorach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku obejmu- jacym odmiany, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierscien w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z góry, fig.3- w widoku z przodu, fig.4 - w widoku z góry. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru pierscien na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie dzwonu z wysunietym poza bryle kolnierzem z otworem mniejszym od srednicy wewnetrznej dzwonu oraz posiadajacym w dolnej i górnej czesci bryly wykonane na obwodzie karby, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. The industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the ring for perfume bottles in the form of a bell-shaped solid with a protruding collar with an opening smaller than the internal diameter of the bell, and with or without notches in the lower and upper parts of the solid. The ring is made of plastic in any color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing including variations, in which Fig. 1 shows the ring from the front, Fig. 2 from the top, Fig. 3 from the front, and Fig. 4 from the top. In the first variant of the design, the ring for perfume bottles has the form of a bell-shaped block with a protruding collar outside the block with an opening smaller than the internal diameter of the bell and having notches made on the circumference in the lower and upper parts of the block, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2. The ring is made of plastic in any colors and can be metalized, galvanized, transparent or covered.
