Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscien na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi pierscien na butel- ki do perfum majacy postac bryly w ksztalcie graniastoslupa o podstawie trójkata, z bokami biegnacymi do jego wierzcholków po lekkim luku, przy czym w srodku trójkata jest wydrazony przelotowo otwór kolowy wycho- dzacy poza bryle w postaci kolnierza. Pierscien jest wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierscien w widoku z góry, fig.2 - w widoku z przodu. Pierscien na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie graniastoslupa o podstawie trójkata, z bokami biegnacymi do jego wierzcholków po lek- kim luku. W srodku trójkata jest wydrazony przelotowo otwór kolowy wy- chodzacy poza bryle w postaci kolnierza, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Pierscien jest wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru i moze byc metalizowany, galwanizowany, transparentny lub kryty. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi pierscien wykonany z two- rzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru, majacy postac bryly w ksztalciegraniastoslupa o podstawie trójkata, z bokami biegnacymi do jego wierz- cholków po lekkim luku, przy czym w srodku trójkata jest wydrazony przelotowo otwór kolowy wychodzacy poza bryle w postaci kolnierza.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle ring. The industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the ring for perfume bottles, which has the form of a prism-shaped solid with a triangular base, with the sides running to its vertices on a slight arc. In the center of the triangle, a circular hole extends through the solid in the form of a collar. The ring is made of plastic of any color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the ring from above, and Fig. 2 shows the front view. The perfume bottle ring is a prism-shaped solid with a triangular base, with sides extending to its vertices along a slight arc. A circular hole extending beyond the solid in the form of a collar is carved in the center of the triangle, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. The ring is made of plastic of any color and can be metallized, galvanized, transparent, or coated. The essential features of the industrial design include a ring made of plastic of any color, in the form of a prism-shaped solid with a triangular base, with sides extending to its vertices along a slight arc, with a circular hole extending beyond the solid in the form of a collar in the center of the triangle.
