Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze nasadka na butelki do perfum wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego dowolne- go koloru ma postac bryly w ksztalcie dwóch jednostronnie wydrazonych walców o róznych srednicach z wypukloscia w górnej czesci nasadki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w widoku z dolu, fig. 2 - w widoku z przodu. Nasadka ma postac bryly w ksztalcie dwóch jednostronnie wydrazonych walców o róznych srednicach z wypukloscia w górnej czesci nasadki, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru i moze byc metalizowana, galwanizowana, transparentna lub kryta. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka wykonana z two- rzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru majaca postac bryly w ksztalciedwóch jednostronnie wydrazonych walców o róznych srednicach z wypukloscia w górnej czesci nasadki.Fig.1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design are characterized by the fact that the perfume bottle cap, made of plastic of any color, is in the form of a solid in the shape of two unilaterally hollow cylinders of different diameters with a convexity at the top of the cap. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap from the bottom, and Fig. 2 shows the front view. The cap is a solid in the shape of two unilaterally hollow cylinders of different diameters with a convexity at the top of the cap, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2. The cap is made of plastic of any color and can be metallized, galvanized, transparent, or opaque. The essential features of the industrial design are the cap made of plastic of any color in the shape of two unilaterally hollow cylinders of different diameters with a convexity at the top of the cap.
