Zestaw opakowan Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw opakowan przeznaczonych do serii kosmetyków do pielegnacji i upiekszania paznokci. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac wyrobów przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barw, nadajacych im oryginalny wyglad. Zestaw wedlug wzoru zawiera zamykane pokrywkami sloiki o ksztalcie walca, pudelko z pokrywka o ksztalcie walca z wyoblonymi krawedziami oraz buteleczke zamykana wysoka nakretka z wbudowanym aplikatorem, przy czym wszystkie czesci zestawu posiadaja takie same elementy zdobnicze usytuowane na przednich czesciach. Element zdobniczy zestawu stanowi symbol serii zawierajacy amarantowe pole z fantazyjnym ukladem bialych liter SPN oraz mala sylwetka motyla i napisem SPN Nails, usytuowane w kwadratowej srebrnej ramce o bokach lekko poszerzonych do wewnatrz w srodkowych czesciach i przylegajacym do nich waskim bialym paskiem. The design's essence lies in the new form of the products, manifested in their shape, line arrangement, and color scheme, giving them a unique appearance. The set, as designed, includes cylindrical jars with lids, a cylindrical box with a lid and rounded edges, and a bottle with a tall cap and a built-in applicator. All components of the set feature identical decorative elements on their fronts. The set's decorative element is the series symbol, featuring a magenta field with a fanciful arrangement of white SPN letters, a small butterfly silhouette, and the inscription SPN Nails, set within a square silver frame with slightly inward-flaring sides in the center and an adjacent narrow white stripe. The design in the set is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a large jar with a lid, constituting the first design variation; Fig. 2 shows a jar with a strap-on lid, constituting the second design variation; Fig. 3 shows a colorful cylindrical box with a lid and rounded edges, constituting the third design variation; and Fig. 4 shows a bottle with a tall cap and a built-in applicator, constituting the fourth design variation. The essential features of the industrial design according to the first variant are the form of a large transparent jar with a screw-on white lid, cylindrical in shape, the height of the lid being similar to the height of the jar, on the front of which there is a series symbol containing a magenta field with a fanciful arrangement of white letters SPN and a small silhouette of a butterfly and the inscription SPN Nails, situated in a square silver frame with sides slightly widened towards the inside of the central parts and an adjacent narrow white stripe, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1. The essential features of the industrial design according to the second variant are a transparent jar with a screw-on white lid containing a silver stripe at the lower edge, in the shape of a cylinder, the height of the lid being similar to the height of the jar, on the front of which there is a series symbol containing a magenta field with a fanciful arrangement of white letters SPN and a small silhouette of a butterfly and the inscription SPN Nails, situated in a square silver frame with sides slightly widened inwards in the central parts and an adjacent narrow white stripe, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 2. The essential features of the industrial design according to the third variant are the form of a colourful box closed with a screw-on lid in the shape of a cylinder with rounded edges, the magenta lid being approximately 5/3 of the overall height of the pink box, on the front of which there is a symbol of the series comprising a magenta field with a fanciful arrangement of white letters SPN and a small silhouette of a butterfly and the inscription SPN Nails, situated in a square silver frame with sides slightly widened inwards in the central parts and an adjacent narrow white stripe, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 3. The essential features of the industrial design according to the fourth variant are a transparent cylindrical bottle with rounded edges, closed with a high white cap with a diameter of approximately 2/3 of the bottle diameter and a height slightly greater than the height of the bottle, containing an internal oil applicator and a series symbol located on the outer part of the front of the cap, consisting of a magenta field with a fanciful arrangement of white letters SPN and a small silhouette of a butterfly and the inscription SPN Nails, situated in a square silver frame with sides slightly widened inwards in the central parts and an adjacent narrow white stripe, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 4.
