Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum w postaci bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego walca posiadajacego wypukla glówke w ksztalcie kola o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy walca. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z góry. Nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego walca posiadajacego wypukla glówke w ksztalcie kola o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy walca, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru i moze byc metalizowana, galwanizowana, transparentna lub kryta. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru majaca postac bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego walca posiadajacego wypukla glówke w ksztalcie kola o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy walca.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design represents a new and unique form of the product, given in particular by the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the perfume bottle cap, which is a cylindrical body hollowed out on one side and has a convex circular head with a diameter greater than the cylinder's diameter. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap from the front, and Fig. 2 from the top. The perfume bottle cap is a solid figure in the shape of a cylinder hollowed out on one side and having a convex circular head with a diameter greater than the diameter of the cylinder, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The cap is made of plastic of any color and can be metallized, galvanized, transparent, or opaque. The essential features of the industrial design are the perfume bottle cap made of plastic of any color, having a solid figure in the shape of a cylinder hollowed out on one side and having a convex circular head with a diameter greater than the diameter of the cylinder.
