Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zakrywka do butelki. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, material wytworu oraz jego ornamentacje. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi zakrywka do butelki stanowi zakrywka majaca ksztalt cylindrycznej tulejki zamknietej jednostronnie na górnej powierzchni denkiem posiadajacej wewnatrz wkladke z tworzywa sztucznego w której wykonany jest gwint dwu toro- wym lub inaczej zwanym dwu zwojowym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia zakrywke w przekroju pionowym, fig.2 - przed- stawia zakrywke w przekroju pionowym osadzonej na ustniku butelki. Zakrywka do butelki wykonana z folii metalowej majaca ksztalt cylindry- cznej tulejki zamknietej od góry denkiem, a od dolu posiadajacej perfo- racje i obwodowe wybrzuszenie zakonczone tulejkowym pierscieniem, po- siada wewnatrz wkladke z tworzywa sztucznego, w której wykonany jest gwint dwu wlotowy lub inaczej zwany dwuzwojowym o okreslonym sko- ku, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi zakrywka do butelki majaca ksztalt cylindrycznej tulejki zamknietej jednostronnie na górnej powierz-chni denkiem posiadajacej wewnatrz wkladke z tworzywa sztucznego, w której wykonany jest gwint dwu wlotowy lub inaczej zwany dwuzwojo- wym.Fig. 1 Flg. 2Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle cap. The industrial design is a new and unique form of a product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, the product's material, and its ornamentation. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the fact that the bottle cap is a cap in the shape of a cylindrical sleeve closed on one side by a bottom on the upper surface, and having a plastic insert inside with a two-track thread, also known as a two-start thread. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap in vertical cross-section, and Fig. 2 shows the cap in vertical cross-section mounted on the bottle's mouthpiece. A bottle cap made of metal foil in the shape of a cylindrical sleeve closed at the top with a bottom, and at the bottom having perforations and a circumferential bulge terminated with a sleeve ring, has a plastic insert inside, in which a two-inlet thread or otherwise called a two-start thread with a specific pitch is made, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2. The essential features of the industrial design are a bottle cap in the shape of a cylindrical sleeve closed on one side with a bottom on the upper surface, having a plastic insert inside, in which a two-inlet thread or otherwise called a two-start thread is made.
