Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego trapezu o dwóch róznych ksztaltach srednic: kolowej i owalnej, przy czym bok biegnacy od podstawy bryly ku górnej czesci nasadki zweza sie lekko ku górze, natomiast drugi bok biegnacy od podstawy ku górnej czesci nasadki ma ksztalt linii krzywej rozszerzajacej sie ku górze, a w dolnej czesci nasadki posiada kolowy wypust w postaci kolnierza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w widoku z dolu, fig.2 - w widoku z przodu. Nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego trapezu o dwóch róznych ksztaltach srednic: kolowej i owal- nej, przy czym bok biegnacy od podstawy bryly ku górnej czesci nasadki zweza sie lekko ku górze, natomiast drugi bok biegnacy od podstawy ku górnej czesci nasadki ma ksztalt linii krzywej rozszerzajacej sie ku górze, a w dolnej czesci nasadki posiada kolowy wypust w postaci kolnierza, jakpokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru i moze byc metalizowana, galwanizowana, transparentna lub kryta. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru nasadka majaca postac bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego trapezu o dwóch róznych ksztaltach srednic; kolowej i owalnej, przy czym bok biegnacy od podstawy bryly ku górnej czesci nasadki zweza sie lekko ku górze, natomiast drugi bok biegnacy od podstawy ku górnej czesci nasadki ma ksztalt linii krzywej rozszerzajacej sie ku górze, a w dolnej czesci nasadki posiada kolowy wypust w postaci kolnierza.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design represents a new and unique form of the product, given in particular by the product's lines, contours, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design are characterized by the fact that the perfume bottle cap is a solid shape in the form of a trapezoid hollowed out on one side, with two different diameters: circular and oval. The side running from the base of the solid shape to the top of the cap tapers slightly upward, while the other side running from the base to the top of the cap is in the shape of a curved line widening upward, and the lower part of the cap has a circular projection in the form of a collar. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap from the bottom, and Fig. 2 shows the front view. The perfume bottle cap has the form of a solid in the shape of a trapezoid hollowed out on one side with two different diameter shapes: circular and oval, wherein the side running from the base of the solid to the top of the cap tapers slightly upwards, while the other side running from the base to the top of the cap has the shape of a curved line widening upwards, and in the lower part of the cap has a circular projection in the form of a collar, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The cap is made of plastic of any color and may be metallized, galvanized, transparent or opaque. The essential features of the industrial design are the cap made of plastic of any color in the form of a solid in the shape of a trapezoid hollowed out on one side with two different diameter shapes; circular and oval, wherein the side running from the base of the solid to the upper part of the cap narrows slightly upwards, while the other side running from the base to the upper part of the cap has the shape of a curved line widening upwards, and in the lower part of the cap it has a circular projection in the form of a collar.
