Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, ze nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie trapezu z wypukloscia w czesci górnej, której scianki boczne zwezaja sie ku dolowi i posiada wyko- nany kolowy otwór, który jest nieprzelotowy od strony górnej czesci nasad- ki, przy czym nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z góry. Nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie trapezu z wypu- kloscia w czesci górnej, której scianki boczne zwezaja sie ku dolowi i po- siada wykonany kolowy otwór, który jest nieprzelotowy od strony górnej czesci nasadki, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzy- wa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze i moze byc metalizowana, galwanizo- wana, transparentna lub kryta. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka w postaci bryly w ksztalcie trapezu z wypukloscia w czesci górnej, której scianki bocznezwezaja sie ku dolowi i posiada wykonany kolowy otwór nieprzelotowy od strony górnej czesci nasadki, przy czym nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the fact that the perfume bottle cap is a trapezoidal solid with a convex upper section, the side walls of which taper downward, and has a circular opening, which is blind on the upper side of the cap. The cap is made of plastic in any color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cap from the front, and Fig. 2 from the top. The perfume bottle cap is a trapezoidal solid with a convexity in the upper part, the side walls of which taper downwards and have a circular blind hole on the upper part of the cap, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The cap is made of plastic in any color and can be metallized, galvanized, transparent, or opaque.
