Nasadka na butelki do perfum Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii,konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, material wytworu oraz jego ornamentacje. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum w postaci osmiobocznego graniastoslupa, którego boki maja ksztalt trapezów, posiadajacego lukowe zakonczenie i osadzonego od dolu na tulejce poprzez trapezowe sciecie na odym obwodzie, posiadajac wew- natrz wykonane otwory nieprzelotowe w górnej czesci nasadki, która jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke na butelki do perfum w widoku z dolu, fig.2 - w widoku z przodu. Nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac osmiobocznego graniastoslupa, którego boki maja ksztalt trapezów, jak pokazano na fig. 1. Nasadka osadzona jest od dolu na tulejce poprzez trapezowe sciecie na ca- lym obwodzie i posiada wewnatrz wykonane otwory, które sa nieprzeloto- we w górnej czesci nasadki. Nasadka posiada w górnej czesci lukowe za- konczenie, jak pokazano fig.2. Nasadka jest wykonana z bezbarwnego tworzywa sztucznego. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do per-fum w postaci osmiobocznego graniastoslupa, którego boki maja ksztalt trapezów i od dolu jest osadzona na tulejce poprzez trapezowe sciecie na calym obwodzie i posiada wewnatrz nieprzelotowe otwory w górnej czesci nasadki, która w górnej czesci posiada lukowe zakonczenie, przy czym na- sadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego.Fig. 1 Kg. 2 PL PLPerfume bottle cap. The subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design is a new and unique form of a product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the lines, contours, shapes, colors, material, and ornamentation. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the perfume bottle cap in the form of an octagonal prism with trapezoidal sides, an arched top, and mounted on a sleeve from below via a trapezoidal cut along its circumference. It also has internal blind holes in the upper part of the cap, which is made of plastic. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the perfume bottle cap from the bottom, and Fig. 2 shows the front view. The perfume bottle cap is in the form of an octagonal prism with trapezoidal sides, as shown in Fig. 1. The cap is mounted on the sleeve from below by a trapezoidal cut around its entire circumference and has internally made holes, which are blind holes in the upper part of the cap. The cap has an arc-shaped ending in its upper part, as shown in Fig. 2. The cap is made of colorless plastic. The essential features of the industrial design are the perfume bottle cap in the form of an octagonal prism with trapezoidal sides, which is mounted on the sleeve from below by a trapezoidal cut around its entire circumference and has internally made holes in the upper part of the cap, which has an arc-shaped ending in its upper part, wherein the cap is made of plastic.
