Zamkniecie butelek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 02 sierpnia 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zamkniecie butelek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zamkniecia butelek, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono zamkniecie butelek w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono zamkniecie butelek w przekroju przez os symetrii, fig. 3 -przedstawiono zamkniecie butelek w widoku z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono zamkniecie butelek w widoku od spodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku zamkniecie butelek ma korpus w postaci cienkosciennego kolpaka. W widoku od czola korpus ma ksztalt trapezu, a w widoku z góry ma ksztalt wybrzuszonego z jednej strony owalu, którego dwa krótsze przeciwlegle boki sa splaszczone, przy czym wszystkie boczne i górne krawedzie sa wyoblone. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zamkniecie butelek, znamienne tym, ze ma korpus w postaci cienkosciennego kolpaka, który w widoku od czola ma ksztalt trapezu, a w widoku z góry ma ksztalt wybrzuszonego z jednej strony owalu, którego dwa krótsze przeciwlegle boki sa splaszczone, przy czym wszystkie boczne i górne krawedzie sa wyoblone, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig.4. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of bottle closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle closure from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle closure in cross-section through the axis of symmetry, Fig. 3 shows the bottle closure from above, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle closure from below. As shown in the drawing, the bottle closure has a body in the form of a thin-walled cap. In a frontal view, the body has a trapezoidal shape, and in a top view, it has the shape of an oval bulging on one side, the two shorter opposite sides of which are flattened, with all lateral and upper edges being rounded.
