Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, ze nasadka na butelki do perfum stanowi bryla geometryczna w postaci graniastoslupa o ksztalcie trapezu, z wykonanymi zebrami biegnacymi ukosnie do srodka nasadki i jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w ksztalcie trapezu w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z góry. Nasadke na butelki do perfum stanowi bryla geometryczna w postaci gra- niastoslupa o ksztalcie trapezu z zaokraglonymi naroznikami, który wew- natrz posiada cztery zebra umieszczone wzdluz osi symetrii, biegnace uko- snie do srodka nasadki, która jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego, jak pokazano na fig.l i 2. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do per- fum w postaci bryly geometrycznej w postaci graniastoslupa o ksztalcie trapezu z zaokraglonymi naroznikami, w której umieszczone sa cztery zeb-ra umieszczone wzdluz osi symetrii, biegnace ukosnie do srodka nasadki, która jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cap for perfume bottles. An industrial pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors and material of the product. The novelty and originality of the industrial design is that the cap for perfume bottles is a geometric shape in the form of a trapezoidal prism, with ribs running diagonally to the center of the cap and made of plastic. The object of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the trapezoidal cap in the front view, fig. 2 - in top view. The perfume bottle cap is a geometric shape in the form of a trapezoidal pillar with rounded corners, which has four ribs on the inside along the axis of symmetry, extending diagonally to the center of the cap, which is made of plastic, as shown in Fig. l and 2.
