Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 19 sierpnia 2004r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe, plyny po goleniu. Butelka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie innego rodzaju wyrobów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie,ukladzie linii i konturach. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 - ilustruje butelke w widoku od czola, fig.2 - w widoku z boku, zas fig. 3 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Posiada ona czesc zbiornikowa, przechodzaca u góry w szyjke. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie splaszczonej i scietej u dolu kuli, przechodzacej u góry w szyjke 2 rozmieszczona posrodku. Pomiedzy szyjka 2 a czescia zbiornikowa 1 znajduje sie obwodowy kolnierz 3. Powyzej kolnierza 3 szajka 2 jest zaopatrzona w pierscien 4. Wokól górnego obrzeza szyjki 2 rozciaga sie obwodowy pierscien 5. Dno 6 butelki ma zarys owalu i jest od spodu wglebione. The industrial design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging cosmetic products, such as perfumes, floral waters, eau de toilettes, and aftershaves. The bottle may also be used as packaging for other types of products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. According to the industrial design, the bottle is preferably made of glass. It has a reservoir portion that merges into a neck at the top. Significant features of the industrial design include that the reservoir portion 1 of the bottle is shaped like a flattened sphere, truncated at the bottom, which merges into a neck 2 positioned centrally at the top. A circumferential flange 3 is located between the neck 2 and the reservoir portion 1. Above the flange 3, the neck 2 is provided with a ring 4. A circumferential ring 5 extends around the upper rim of the neck 2. The bottom 6 of the bottle has an oval outline and is recessed at the bottom.
