Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 5 marca 2004r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe, plyny po goleniu. Butelka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie innego rodzaju wyrobów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie,ukladzie linii i konturach. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje butelke w widoku od czola, fig.2 - w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig.4 - eksponujacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Butelka posiada czesc zbiornikowa, laczaca sie u góry z szyjka. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly, która przypomina w swej formie splaszczony prostopadloscian o zaokraglonych narozach 2. Posrodku, u góry czesc zbiornikowa 1 jest wyposazona w szyjke 3, zaopatrzona w rozmieszczone jeden na drugim pierscienie 4, przy czym pomiedzy szyjka 3 a czescia zbiornikowa 1 znajduje sie obwodowa wypuklosc 5. Boczna scianka wypuklosci 5 jest scieta ukosnie. Od spodu butelka posiada wglebione dno 6 a wokól wglebienia sa rozmieszczone równomiernie na obwodzie drobne wypuklosci 7. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle, intended primarily for cosmetic products, such as perfumes, flower waters, toilet waters, after-shave lotions. The bottle can also be used as a packaging for other types of products. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and material. The new form of the bottle manifests itself in its shape, arrangement of lines and contours. The bottle can be recreated according to the pattern. The object of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - illustrates the bottle in a front view, fig. 2 - in a side view, and fig. 3 - in a bottom view. The subject of the pattern is also presented in the photo, fig.4 - showing the bottle in a perspective view. According to the industrial design, the bottle is preferably made of glass. The bottle has a reservoir section which connects to the neck at the top. Important features of an industrial design include that the container part 1 of the bottle is shaped in the form of a block which resembles a flattened cuboid with rounded corners 2. In the center, at the top, the container part 1 is equipped with a neck 3, provided with arranged one on top of the other rings 4, with a circumferential ridge 5 between the neck 3 and the reservoir portion 1. The side wall of the ridge 5 is bevelled obliquely. From the bottom, the bottle has a recessed bottom 6 and around the recesses are evenly spaced around the perimeter small convexities 7.
