Sloiczek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 29 wrzesnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloiczek, przeznaczony do konfekcjonowania wyrobów kosmetycznych, szczególnie kremów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac sloiczka przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Sloiczek, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje sloiczek w widoku z boku, natomiast fig.2 - w widoku od spodu.Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.3 - prezentujacej sloiczek w widoku perspektywicznym. Sloiczek, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonany, korzystnie ze szkla. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 sloiczka jest uksztaltowana w formie zblizonej do walca z lukowo wyprofilowanym wglebieniem 2, rozciagajacym sie na obwodzie sloiczka. Naroza 3 czesci zbiornikowej 1 sa zaokraglone. Od spodu czesc zbiornikowa 1 jest polaczona z podstawa 4, w której znajduje sie posrodku wglebienie 5. The subject of the industrial design is a jar intended for packaging cosmetic products, particularly creams. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The jar's new form is manifested in its shape. The jar, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the jar from a side view, and Fig. 2 - from the bottom view. The subject of the design is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, presenting the jar from a perspective view. In accordance with the industrial design, the jar is preferably made of glass. Significant features of the industrial design include that the container part 1 of the jar is shaped like a cylinder with an arc-shaped recess 2 extending around the circumference of the jar. The corners 3 of the container part 1 are rounded. At the bottom, the container part 1 is connected to the base 4, which has a recess 5 in the center.
